Things continue to get ugly in the war between 50 Cent and Rick Ross' ex Tia Kemp after Fif secures a temporary restraining order against her. According to a TMZ report on Wednesday (Oct. 28), a judge granted the rapper's request for a temporary injunction protecting his 14-year-old son, Sire, from Kemp, who fired back at 50 Cent earlier this month for the way he negatively commented about her own son being pistol-whipped in an attack. Kemp made offensive remarks about Fif's son only after the rapper publicly joked about her son being attacked. Kemp must stay at least 500 feet away from Sire and she's prohibited from contacting him directly or indirectly, as well as through social media. She also cannot possess firearms or ammunition. Kemp has to surrender any weapons in her possession to law enforcement when she's served with the restraining order. 50 Cent and Tia Kemp are scheduled to appear in court on Nov. 3, when the order expires. A judge will then determine if another order needs to be granted.

In 2009 he got an additional felony conviction for drug manufacturing & distribution, for a total of 3 in New Jersey. Then he moved to Florida, and in 2018 tried to get a CCW. His application was denied because of his felony convictions. In 2021 the FBI & Joint Terrorism Task Force raided him and he was charged with unlawful firearm possession as a felon. They found guns, ammo, and an unregistered SBR. After this he was convicted for the federal felonies of firearms & ammo possession by a felon, along with the possession of an unregistered SBR. For this he was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison & 3 years of supervised release. In Jan 2023, after 23 months in prison, he was sent to community confinement. He was returned to prison after his online behavior gained attention. He was then released in July 2023 and started his antics again. Now he spends his time targeting kids, trying to subvert them towards his ends, while shilling for a crypto gambling organization, all while screeching about Jews.
