Nothing has made me like Abdul El-Sayed more than the disgusting bigotry and blatant double-standards from his critics.
Mike Rogers is running the most racist senate campaign in the country and people are pretending Abdul’s campaign is the one fomenting hate. If you want to stand against religious intolerance you cannot square that with supporting Rogers.

I walked the Trump rally line to listen, not make assumptions. I talked with voters, asked questions and heard what matters to them.
When I'm elected, I'll represent all 82 counties and every Mississippian, no matter who they voted for. That's what being your senator means. #MississippiMatters

Hey in case anyone's waffling here. Keep Mike Rogers far, far away from the US Senate.

I see Democratic groups and factions focusing on post-election day efforts to position themselves, take credit, spin the results.
Maybe just focus now on WINNING BIG? And then starting Nov. 4, capitalizing on victory to WEAKEN THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION and CREATE MORE GOP TURMOIL?

“Michigan could very well be the state that flips control of the Senate. …That’s what’s on the line. Nothing less. And Michiganders know it.”

Explain to me the AIPAC/Mr. Stevens endgame here? If Rogers wins and is god forbid the 49/50th vote for ICE camps & who knows what else they will be blamed! It will reduce their power in the Dem party even more. If Abdul wins anyway (which I expect) then they reveal themselves to be whining losers w no influence. It’s just one big temper tantrum that is serving to undermine their stated goals. Crazy.

I do think this is her play. She’s profoundly miscalculated however bc her blatant ratfucking will make her toxic to Democratic voters who would crawl over broken glass to beat MAGA and also bc Abdul is going to win in spite of her vile efforts.
Haley Stevens fiance tells the NYT: "I think she can run for the United States Senate again if she wants to."
Elissa Slotkin is 50 and serving her first term. Abdul El-Sayed is 42. If he wins, the two will likely represent Michigan in the Senate for a long time.
A Mike Rogers win, however, would be an opening for a Stevens comeback in six years.

This is hilarious on so many levels. Her big objection against El-Sayed is that he included a clip of Tucker Carlson slamming Mike Rogers in his ad - and yet here is her ridiculous right-wing fiancé attacking the Democratic candidate on… Fox. Can’t make this stuff up.

Yes. Just support the Democrat supported by Democrats. There will be time to figure out who chose not to do that and why later—although I suspect that will be an interesting, and sleazy, story.

Abdul's campaign didn't make this stupid fucking ad. The ad never ran on Michigan TV. She's trying to sabotage @AbdulElSayed's campaign over something he can't control, but in reality @HaleyforMI is destroying her own political future with this cynical shit.
El-Sayed: Trump called me Abdul Ramadan. Ramadan is the month in which Muslims fast. The thing is groceries under his leadership have gotten so expensive, I wouldn't be surprised if he is like, “listen, we could just do Ramadan for all.”
“Why are you fasting?”
“I can’t afford food”

David Jolly: The other side of the aisle likes to throw around the term socialism. I just call it cheaper insurance. But tell me what a hurricane fund currently is that bails out our insurance companies?
It sounds a whole lot like socialism to me.
What does it mean when we give Elon Musk billions of dollars of tax credits and we don't tax his profits? Sounds a whole lot like socialism to me.
What about a president who says, hey, if you vote for me and elect my team, we're going to give you a $5,000 check? What about a president who removes Maduro but supports Delce in Venezuela? What about a president who suggests we should allow investment in the hospitality industry on the island of Cuba? What about a president who invited Vladimir Putin to South Florida to come to Miami in December, a leader who has backed the Maduro regime, the Sandinistas, and the Cuban regime? They don't even understand economic theory on the other side of the aisle, folks.
They're just arguing labels to try to scare us and divide us.
