Best piece I've read on why Ossoff will be our next President
Every post-midterm prediction market says Ossoff will be our next President. A dispatch from the start of his inevitable campaign... mamathemagazine.com/all-eyes…

The odds of 56 Senate seats was at 20% in the Split Ticket model. (260 House seats, though, was just under 10%.)
So what did the probabilistic models say the probability was for Democrats getting 260 House seats and 56 Senate seats?

Remember that time I decided not to run for Dnc chair because I felt like I could do more good actually winning elections for Democrats in their races. I made the right choice #NoDegreeRequired

We’re renting the Latino vote. Not owning it. They want a fair shot and to not be profiled for who they are. They want a chance at the American dream. Our job is to make it real. If we don’t deliver, we lose them again. @CAPAction

I have never seen a soul work so hard to try and prove that men don’t rape women. Kelly is that disgusting.
She admitted that w/in moments of meeting RB backstage, she used her tongue on his anus (as another woman was fellating him). She hadn’t even been introduced. Later she went to his place excited for sex (which they had). The two discussed anal sex b/4 hvg it - she said it was her 1st time. Her friend testified that the accuser admitted to her that she agreed to it (told RB “be gentle”). RB testified they watched tv together after. When a reporter first contacted accuser about RB she said “I’m not sure my story has much in it; I was an idiot, young & stupid, probably as much to blame.”

A striking stat re AIPAC performance in the midterms. In 2022, almost 70% of its funds went into races where it got the desired result. In 2024, it was 87%. In 2026, that figure is 34%. responsiblestatecraft.org/ai…

I grew up on a trailer house with a single 15yr old mother. I never went to college and was a single father myself at 19. Today my NYT op ed proves the American Dream is still alive! #NodegreeRequired
In a new New York Times op-ed, our founder and president @ChuckRocha reflects on the Latino vote in 2026, the lessons Democrats should take from this election, and why continued investment will be essential in the cycles ahead. Read below! ⬇️ nytimes.com/2026/11/05/opini…

This isn’t just a “vibes” hot take. With the Governor’s seat in Georgia safely in blue territory, and able to name his Senate replacement, he is going to run. Jon Ossoff is a two-term President.

It's the end of John Fetterman's political power as a Democrat. Up until recently, it was a real possibility that he could be *the* kingmaker, with the threat of a party flip constantly a live ball. Today, it's irrelevant — Democrats have 54 Senate seats and could go to 56.

The Democrats now completely control Texas. They can un-gerrymander the state and repeal all the voter supression laws. Republicans aren’t winning Texas in 2028.
Democrats didn’t just win the Senate and Governor’s races in Texas. -We’re likely going to win ALL 17 of Texas’s statewide races. -We also won the Texas House. -We also won the Texas Senate. -We also won all 5 of the U.S. House seats they gerrymandered. This is a bloodbath.
