Always remember that some people are going through the worst times of their life, but because they keep showing up, smiling, and telling people they're fine, no one notices. Always be kind because you never know the weight that someone is really carrying.
God, as i get ready to begin a new week, remind me who i am. as i pursue the goals, the plans, and the dreams you have for my life, help me to break free from the spirit of comparison. i know no one is like me, i know no one’s path is like mine, and everything about my life is unique 🤍

Gary Daniels: The Evolution of an Action Legend
This comparison highlights the incredible longevity of Gary Daniels, demonstrating his peak physical form across two decades.
The collage compares Daniels at age 42 (2005) to his current form at age 62 (2026), a testament to his legendary discipline.
A former kickboxing champion, he is an expert in Shotokan Karate, Muay Thai, and Taekwondo.
Renowned for Fist of the North Star, he also famously portrayed Bryan Fury in Tekken and "The Brit" in The Expendables.
Age is no barrier to excellence. Daniels proves that a warrior’s mindset can preserve a world-class physique for a lifetime.

From 267 to 138 pounds 🫶🏻❤️
In 2016, I decided to take control of my health and underwent gastric sleeve surgery. Through years of determination, struggles, and discipline, I lost 130 pounds!
But my transformation didn’t stop there. I completed it with a tummy tuck, 650cc breast implants, an arm lift, and a thigh lift.
This journey wasn’t just about losing weight. It was about gaining confidence, strength, self love, and a new appreciation for myself.
Almost a decade later, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. My story is proof that change is possible, even when the journey feels impossible.
267 pounds was where my story started, not where it was meant to end. 🦋✨

It's so simple. She can just match his energy and take back everything she bought for him. Is that so hard?

My husband wants his pregnant sister to move into our house because she’s having problems with her living situation.
We have three daughters, and each of them has her own bedroom. My husband and I share our bedroom as a couple, so everyone already has their own space.
I agreed to let his sister stay temporarily because I didn’t want her struggling during her pregnancy.
But a few days after she arrived, she started suggesting how we should rearrange the bedrooms to accommodate her and her son. I don’t know his exact age, but I’m sure he’s Gen Z.
