Every time I think of Stephen Miller, I think of this clip, when he said the White House was looking into suspending habeas corpus, to stop the migrant invasion.
Lincoln is the only President to unilaterally suspend habeas corpus without Congressional approval. Congress was not in session, and a rebellion was underway, so Lincoln said screw Congressional approval, he was going to do what’s necessary as Commander in Chief to save the Republic.
“Shall not be suspended unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion”. Who has been the most vocal about the Dems being in open rebellion and the illegals being an invasion? Stephen Miller.
Stephen Miller was promoted right now for a reason. This signals to me that we are headed into a new phase, and the keywords are rebellion, invasion, and insurrection.

Stephen Miller is one of my favorite people in the Trump administration. He commonly uses words like:
-invasion
-rebellion
-insurgency
-insurrection
Miller has been extremely vocal about the President’s emergency powers in times of “invasion or rebellion”.
Miller commonly refers to sanctuary cities as an “insurrection”, and ICE protests an “insurgency.
Miller has even floated arguments for suspending the writ of habeas corpus (just like Lincoln), and ending the rogue judiciary from obstructing the enforcement of federal law.
The use of those words is not an accident. Legally speaking, they are extremely important.

I finally figured it out!! This has been bothering me all week.
Trump cannot use the courts to challenge the election. That didn't work in 2020 and it won't work now. Just ask Tina Peters.
So, President Trump lets them cheat and then waits. They expect him to go to court knowing they own the judges.
He isn't going to. And we shouldn't be pushing for it.
Now the fun part. He warned everyone if you cheat on elections you go to jail.
If they certify the election they will certainly go to jail, if they don't certify they admit our elections aren't secure.
Now President Trump goes and has a nice weekend, watches football at LSU and they panic.

Look at this chart.
59 races. Senate and governor.
States ordered from reddest to bluest in 2024.
The solid lines are 2024.
The dashed lines are 2026.
The shaded bands are what moved.
One formula fits all of it:
Republican 2026 = 0.85 × Trump 2024
Democrat 2026 = Harris 2024 + 0.15 × Trump 2024
For every 1,000 Trump points, 850 stayed Republican. 150 landed on the Democratic side.
The numbers:
Senate: Republicans kept ~85% of Trump’s share
Governor: ~86%
Variation explained: 88%
What makes it strange:
It didn’t matter how red the state was. Wyoming, Ohio, Illinois, Massachusetts: same 15% (p = 0.69). The Democratic gain was sized by Trump’s vote, not Harris’s. The Harris part is zero.
The 0.85 beat both standard election-swing models in every set of races.
Drop any single state and the multiplier stays between 0.846 and 0.853.
Why seats flipped:
At 0.85, any state where Trump got under about 58.5% falls below 50%. Texas, Kansas, Iowa, Ohio, South Carolina, North Carolina: all under that line. All flipped.
What this means:
Midterms are messy. This one isn’t. Two sets of races, different candidates, different campaigns, and the same 15% decrease almost everywhere.
A pattern this even demands answers at the ballot level: paper ballot hand counts, poll-book check-ins against votes counted, and voter files showing who actually turned out.
The numbers raise the question.
The ballots can answer it.

But 75 Million people voted for Kamala Harris in the PRESIDENTIAL 2024 ELECTION

This post was my opinion about how the 45 days after the election would go if Trump remained silent.
It was hypothetical, with an attempt at dry humor.
I was wrong. Sorry.
Republicans are already giddy.
The democrats aren't.
The rig was too big. They know. They know in their souls they've been caught. I actually think a substantial number of democrats are angry as well about the fraud.
democrat voters are seeing that those who screamed the loudest about “saving democracy” were highly complicit in the biggest election fraud operation in history. Fraud is antithetical to democracy. Fraud kills democracy.
I also don't think we will need to wait the full 45 days and the 45 days after.
I bet it's all done in 30.
My Q vibe WANTS 12/4/26 to be the day Trump gets on TV and announces the election fraud response. (Not a prediction.)
I am loving how this is going so far.
Over the next 45 days there will be a deep investigation into election fraud by government agencies.
This will take up much of Trump's focus. His whole life was set up for these 45 days.
Trump's silence on the election is a good sign. He has already clearned his schedule.
Him saying he is accepting the election is also good news. He is preserving the evidence.
Today the democrats are ecstatic, and we are a little dismayed. That's also OK. If Trump maintains his silence, it means he's not telegraphing his next steps. The more silence, the better it is for prosecuting the crimes.
The graph shows where we are and where they are over the next 45 days. After 23 days, the pain will begin for them. It is the inversion day. As Trump remains silent, they will become more nervous.
It's a movie - take the next 22 days off. 11/25/26 things will turn in our direction - on JFK Jr.'s 66th birthday.

Perhaps he could not stomach the thought of mass murders occurring to satisfy Moloch?
Perhaps he could not stomach the thought of children being kidnapped, drugged, and raped while leaders/law enforcement of the world turn a blind eye.
Perhaps he was tired of seeing how certain races/countries were being constantly abused and kept in need/poor/and suffering all for a specific purpose.
Perhaps he could not in good conscious see the world burn.
