Laplaca previously pleaded guilty to child abuse and DUI charges after driving drunk with her child in the car last year. She was sentenced to supervision, but it looks like she hasn't learned her lesson and decided to fix an election now. Laplaca and her husband are due back in court on these new charges next month.
