OMG!! $ORCL just answered the only question that mattered to Wall Street!!
For a year, the bear case on $ORCL it was spending like a hyperscaler without a hyperscaler's balance sheet and investors kept asking who pays for all those data centers. As of this afternoon that thesis is DEAD!!
Spending peaks in FY27–28 and falls after that. Free cash flow turns positive in the second half of FY28 and reaches $30bn+ in FY29. That's a ~$54bn swing in three years.
From FY29, growth funds itself. New capital raising is capped at $20bn through 2030, split between $10bn of equity and $10bn of debt. The dilution and debt fears just got a ceiling.
The growth story is even bigger than report today imo. Maybe we’ll hear more about it on the earnings call. Revenue goes from $90bn next year to $225bn+ by FY30, growing 35%+ a year, with 40%+ operating margins and $21+ of EPS.
The market spent a year pricing Oracle like a debt fuelled AI bet and if OpenAI goes bankrupt then the company goes bankrupt…so how do you model a price target for these estimates now? Bullish af
WOW!
$ORCL New Mexico datacenter lease has "hell or high water" terms, so it can't be terminated and the company must pay rent whether or not the site has power…

🚨 Key catalysts for AI stocks this week:
🇳🇱 Wednesday — $ASML earnings, 7:00 AM CET
🇺🇸 Wednesday — US CPI, 8:30 AM ET
🇹🇼 Thursday — $TSMC earnings
I'll be watching guidance, margins, and the market reaction for clues on semiconductor demand and AI infrastructure spending.
The key isn't just the headline. It's what the numbers tell us about the AI trade.
Watching people freak out over CXMT's 4F² and claim that CXMT has caught up with Western memory technology is honestly laughable.
CXMT has hit the limits of DUV scaling. What it is trying to do is move from 6F² to 4F² at the relatively relaxed 13 to 14nm node so it can extend the life of DUV. It is not jumping straight to 4F² to leapfrog Western memory makers that use EUV. People have the cause and effect backwards.
Samsung and SK hynix are also not holding off on 4F² because they are stupid. If they wanted to mass produce 4F² right now, they actually could. The only reason they don't is that the yields aren't there.
I really can't make sense of this selloff sparked by CXMT. 🤡

TPLF made huge mistake launching renewed conflict against Ethiopia's fed govt. But Fed troops taking Mekelle does't mean final victory. Both sides can stop now and talk to avert another horror overtaking Northern Ethiopia and maybe launching regional war.

🔺 I suspect the best these Shabiya 🇪🇷 sockpuppets can get out of their "alliance" is just a mention in this 24 hours news cycle. 🇪🇹
Other than that, I feel sorry to anyone, who thinks that Zemene Kassé Fano bandits, backward criminal faction of TPLF and some other dummies nobody heard of have any substance.
Perhaps the biggest "beneficiaries" of this "alliance" are YouTube grifters, who milk this to the hilt to line their pockets.
Sadly, the people of #Tigray and #Amhara will continue to be victims of the blood thirsty bandits and the grifters.

WEDNESDAY’S CPI COULD DELIVER THE NEXT DOVISH CATALYST
HSBC says Wednesday’s U.S. inflation report could push Fed rate hikes further out of market pricing.
The bank expects another benign inflation reading after June’s softer-than-expected print.
If confirmed, HSBC sees Treasury yields falling and the curve bull-steepening as rate-hike bets fade.
That could create a “Goldilocks” backdrop, supporting broad gains across risk assets.

$MU is on pace to generate over $500B in profit over the next three years:
• 2026: $98B (+904% YoY)
• 2027: $198B (+102% YoY)
• 2028: $207B (+4% YoY)
The best part is there’s a real chance future memory demand ends up being driven by applications the industry isn’t even planning capacity around today.
$MU is in focus amid a WSJ report of Apple testing memory chips from Chinese chipmaker CXMT and a Friday Citi target trim, with shares little changed on the session.
Apple testing is preliminary, with CXMT constraints limiting volumes. Data center demand remains ahead of supply, with 16 strategic agreements through 2030.
Trade $MU volatility with a Vest Capital funded account and access up to $25k in trading capital.

$MU says data center memory demand is so strong it still can’t meet even half of customer needs while buyers remain largely insensitive to pricing.
Those demand signals extend multiple years reinforcing how tight the memory market remains.
