Archbishop Viganò: "Bergoglio has violently unhinged the Papacy; Prevost gives that unhinging an institutional form."

Yes, “once-saved-always-saved” is most certainly Heresy.
(1) From the Council of Trent, Sixth Session.
CHAPTER IX
Against the vain confidence of Heretics.
But, although it is necessary to believe that sins neither are remitted, nor ever were remitted save gratuitously by the mercy of God for Christ’s sake; yet is it not to be said, that sins are forgiven, or have been forgiven, to any one who boasts of his confidence and certainty of the remission of his sins, and rests on that alone; seeing that it may exist, yea does in our day exist, amongst heretics and schismatics; and with great vehemence is this vain confidence, and one alien from all godliness, preached up in opposition to the Catholic Church.
CHAPTER XIII
On the gift of Perseverance
So also as regards the gift of perseverance, of which it is written, He that shall persevere to the end, he shall be saved:-which gift cannot be derived from any other but Him, who is able to establish him who standeth that he stand perseveringly, and to restore him who falleth:-let no one herein promise himself any thing as certain with an absolute certainty;
CANON XVI.-If any one saith, that he will for certain, of an absolute and infallible certainty, have that great gift of perseverance unto the end,-unless he have learned this by special revelation; let him be anathema.
(2) Scripture
Romans 2:5-7 “By your stubbornness and impenitent heart, you are storing up wrath for yourself for the day of wrath and revelation of the just judgment of God, 6 who will repay everyone according to his works:[c] 7 eternal life to those who seek glory, honor, and immortality through perseverance in good works,
John 15:6 “ Anyone who does not remain in me will be thrown out like a branch and wither; people will gather them and throw them into a fire and they will be burned.”
John 14:15 “If you love me, you will keep my commandments.”
Romans 11:22 “Note . . . God’s kindness to you, provided you continue in kindness; otherwise you too will be cut off.”
Exodus 32:32-33 (The one who sins, God will strike out of His Book).
Ezekiel 3:20-21 (If a virtuous man turns away from God, he shall die).
Romans 8:25 “if we hope for what we do not see we wait for it with patience.”
1 Corinthians 9:27 “I pommel my body and subdue it, lest after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.”
Philippians 2:12 “work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.”
2 Peter 2:20-21 (It is better to not know the gospel than to know it and walk away).

The Church is in rough shape, but imagine if God converts Prevost and gives us a true pope. Normally, he’d be forced to resign or worse.
Yet I believe the restoration of the papacy will align with the restoration of societal order—whole nations will protect him, and we might even see St. Paul’s prophecy regarding the Jewish people fulfilled. Who knows? What’s certain is that God is in control, permitting the crisis of Vatican II only to draw a far greater good from it.

The Dominicans were founded to convert the Albigensians. The Jesuits were founded to convert the Protestants.
When was the last time you met an Albigensian?
It is time to admit the Jesuits have been bad at their mission for centuries.

How is it legal for the head of a foreign state to participate in US elections?
Just in from @HolySeePress:
“Pope Leo XIV has exercised his right to vote as a United States citizen, whenever he was eligible to do so. The Holy See Press Office confirms that in keeping with this long-standing practice of civic participation, he has submitted his mail-in ballot in Chicago.
The Holy Father has also confirmed that, during his years of residence in Peru he exercised his right to vote whenever he was eligible to do so.
The Holy Father expresses his belief in the right and the duty of citizens to participate in democratic processes.”
The statement follows reports that Leo had requested a postal ballot for the US midterm elections on Nov. 3.
This is first known instance of a pope voting in a country’s secular election.
