As a Detroit fan, I am embarrassed of that W... doesn't mean I don't want it! I will take and enjoy it but, I will not show my friends.
This is good stuff. I, too, turn off history. Much less confusion is returned.
Yesterday I gave a talk on “Context Fails & Fixes”, that functioned a bit on a general “State of Context Engineering”: where it came from, where it's gone, and where I think it's going. dbreunig.com/2026/10/24/the-…
Just saw a comedian make a joke about how no one complains when we register cars (I'll add) and pay insurance too!
Should insurance and registration be required for guns? As a gun owner and CCL Holder, I would be cool with it.
OMG, I'm writing a scifi comedy where one of the characters gets POTS. I'd never heard of it until I looked it up for this creative exercise.
It can be quite terrible. T's & P's for the boi
Headed in the right direction.
Ferrari was at the forefront of trying to banish the manual transmission, which is why it is both ironic and fitting that the Italian supercar maker is now trying to atone by bringing it back. Well, almost.
Semantics matter here, because while the new 12Cilindri Manuale does indeed have a magnificent gated shifter in the center of its cabin, and three pedals crammed tightly into its driver’s-side footwell, it does not possess a true manual transmission. Instead it has the same automated dual-clutch as the regular 12Cilindri, the hardware identical across both variants, with this carefully reworked to behave and feel like a shift lever commanding meshed gears through selector forks. Does it fully convince? That’s what Ferrari took Road & Track to Italy to find out.

Just let it happen, your best and highest good has very little to do with what happens to you but what happens for you. Lucky enough those things are one in the same. It's a matter of your mind deciding how to deal with the inputs.

This is Tommy. Tommy had a question about my allegiances. Listen to the end to hear about his.
There is a measurement addiction. Partly, it is understandable given businesses run on math and predictability. Branding is not predictable to a CFO.
Marketers need to do a better job of defending voice and taste. Then, we can get off of the performance hamster wheel
I’m really getting tired of hearing about CTV being a performance channel.
I get it. Attribution, conversions, ROAS blah blah. But if your creative is absolute shit, none of it matters.
Can we just go back to acknowledging that TV is great for building brands and stop forcing this whole performance TV narrative bullshit.

Trevor Noah is the greatest export we ever made, just listen to how he answered the “White Genocide” question on this interview, such a true patriot of the country. 🙌🏾🇿🇦.
This is why Traore is the guy. A lot of people request treatment that is incongruent with how they meet the world. I hope this changes that and produces some excellent scholars for the Burkinabe.
Burkina Faso has suspended beauty pageants across the country and introduced HAKILI Mousso, a science competition meant to highlight female talent.
The contest brought together 84 young women in mathematics, physics, and chemistry, with the top performers receiving prizes and scholarships.
President Ibrahim Traoré encouraged the winners to pursue careers in science.
Authorities halted the pageants in June, saying the move was needed to protect cultural identity, social values, and human dignity.
Linda has ruined her legacy in only a few months saying things outside the constraints of ESPN production.
