What's the 2-2-2-2 Rule for healthy marriages?
2 - Every two weeks go on a date.
2 - Twice a week be sexually intimate.
2 - Two times a year take a trip overnight without kids.
2 - Every two years go somewhere multiple nights without the kids.
The four 2's can bless your marriage.

Hey @MLB - wanna get more kids watching baseball?
Maybe start with the commercials.
Watching the playoffs tonight with my kids and here's the rundown:
- Megan Fox selling ED pills in a red bodysuit
- The scariest movie trailer you've ever seen
- Sydney Sweeney in zero clothes promoting betting on sports
Leagues can't figure out why kids don't watch.
You don't need a Nickelodeon game. You're not the Savannah Bananas.
Just show baseball in a way I can leave on in my house.

What is it about the bond between a dad and his little boy that can feel so special?
❤️❤️❤️
There's no other relationship quite like it is there?
Sons learn everything from their dads.
To a young boy, his father isn’t just another person in his life. He’s often the man he watches and wants to become like someday.
Maybe it’s watching him follow you around the house, wanting to help with whatever you’re doing. Maybe it’s the way he looks at his dad like he can do anything.
That bond is built in the ordinary moments. Throwing a ball in the yard. Working on something together. Reading a book before bed. Taking him along while you run errands. Teaching him how to do something and watching his face light up when he finally gets it.
And sometimes it’s as simple as letting him know that Dad is there. Kids may not remember every conversation, but they remember how it felt to have their father’s attention, encouragement, protection, and love.
A boy doesn’t need a perfect father. He needs a father who shows up, spends time with him, sets an example, and makes him feel like he matters.
Those years go by much faster than most dads realize. What kind of memories are you creating with your son while you still have the chance?
That’s why they call it Miracle Whip.

A lot of moms are pulling out tripods to tell the internet how miserable motherhood / postpartum is.
I don’t share my kids’ lives online, but I’ll tell you this: they are wonderful. Being their mother is one of the greatest joys of my life, and there isn’t a single part of it they haven’t made better.
Every phone, every tablet we hand our kids — there are thousands of people on the other side of that screen whose only goal is to exploit, groom, and lure.
This is part of a longer conversation I had with @titaniajordan from @barktechco — one every parent should hear.
