I’m amazed how many Republicans think Democrat David Jolly is just going to come in to be governor and boss around a supermajority Republican Legislature. That has never happened in American history. Learn some civics.
Governor DeSantis says it will be impossible for Byron Donalds or David Jolly to undo all the laws he has put in place. When you hear Byron’s scare tactics that Jolly will allow “boys in girls sports” it’s just not a possibility.

The real quintessential Florida song is “Livin’ On Key West Time” by Howard Livingston and Mile Marker 24. But I doubt anyone would ever select that as the State Anthem.

Democrats are very motivated.
FLORIDA TURNOUT UPDATE | OCTOBER 27 Florida has now surpassed 3.3 million reported ballots, and Republicans are continuing to build their early-voting advantage. Republicans account for 1,324,948 ballots (40.03%), compared with 1,299,997 Democrats (39.27%). NPAs have cast 604,065 ballots (18.25%). Republicans now lead by 24,951 ballots. Their 143,868-ballot advantage in early voting has overtaken the Democrats’ 118,917-ballot lead in vote-by-mail returns. 31.45% of registered Democrats have already voted, compared with 23.33% of Republicans. That’s an 8.12-percentage-point Democratic turnout-rate advantage. That is a substantial difference, especially in a state where Republicans hold such an enormous registration advantage. The NPA electorate has already contributed more than 604,000 ballots. We have no way of knowing from turnout data alone how those voters are breaking, much less how many registered Republicans or Democrats may be crossing party lines - although, I have my assumptions/projections. Florida is giving us plenty of data to analyze, but not nearly enough to justify the certainty I’m seeing from people already predicting Election Day results.

100% correct. John Thune is an American hero. Don’t believe a word out of the mouth of any Republican
Replying to @Reuters
Imagine if the SAFE ACT had passed and the FEC had all 50 states’ voter roles. Folks pretended it was about voter ID which no one minds showing.

Ken Griffin, seeing many millions of dollars being flushed down the toilet by Byron Donalds, likely called Ron DeSantis and ordered him to get off his butt and campaign for Donalds. DeSantis and Donalds both work for Griffin.

Ron DeSantis first term included every right decision. Ron DeSantis second term included every wrong decision. DeSantis mingled with voters throughout his first term. He mingled with his billionaire donors his second term and stopped mingling with voters. Draw your own conclusions.

Good move. Keep doubling down.

I cannot argue with this. DeSantis is “party before country”. The exact opposite of Jack Kemp.
Desantis is a 'party above all else' Republican By'rone Donalds could boil babies on live television and DeSantis would STILL support him Desantis is a complete schmuck ....which is what I've been saying since his spineless behavior during 24 primary

Notice how Byron Donalds, like Trump, just spouts off garbage but never provides details how he plans to do any of it??
I love Florida. This is the best state in America — but Democrat David Jolly will put all of our progress at risk. I’ll fight to lower insurance costs, cut property taxes, and keep the socialist Democrats out of the Sunshine State. VOTE by November 3rd!

I want to hear the “DeSantis never endorsed Byron Donalds” people admit they were wrong………
With a few days left before the election hearing that @GovRonDeSantis will join @ByronDonalds on the campaign trail. DeSantis is scheduled to be with Donalds at a bus tour stop in Hernando County in the morning and then again with him on Sunday at a rally.

I cannot speak for the other 49 states but we will see if DeSantis’ Election Police do their jobs if needed.
Trump’s DOJ has been trying to figure out how to rob Americans of their votes in the midterms since February. Trump also suggested OMB director Russ Vought might be working on something to this end. I hope states are ready to fight and resist the admin. These freaks aren’t just going to let Americans vote their way out of this if they think they can do something about it.

Singer is a terrible candidate. Moskowitz might be Florida Governor someday.
PPP poll | 10/26-10/27 LV US House 2026 | Florida’s 25th congressional district (Trump +9 | 2024) 🟦Jared Moskowitz 47% (incumbent) 🟥Scott Singer 41% 2024 recall vote: Trump +7 (Democratic pollster)

This needs to end
"So, in Alaska, if Mary Peltola wins, her victory is inherently suspect and must be investigated. And in Minnesota, if Peggy Flanagan bests Michele Tafoya, her victory is inherently suspect because Trump has declared that Tafoya can’t lose, period, unless Democrats cheat. This is the long, stupid shadow of the 2020 election." publicnotice.co/p/trump-elec…

Latest. Republicans increasing their margin at a snail’s pace. Now about 35,000, which is still less than 1% difference from Democrats. Democrats + NPAs almost 60% of the total vote so far. Tuesday coming to a close. Usually Florida Republican voters are racing to the voting booths by now.

Absolutely, if that happens.
If Trump actually goes through with some big midterm stealing stunt next week, every conservative organization involved should eventually be investigated, shuttered, and reduced to the studs, whether that’s Claremont, Heritage, or whatever. The right walked away from J6 feeling like it could essentially stage a coup with minimal consequences. That has to change if this happens. The repercussions have got to be brutal for everyone involved, or it’s just going to keep happening.

Yup. Two leftwing parties. For those of you who think Socialist Trump MAGA is a conservative party.
On Tuesday's ballot (or really all month because the uniparty broke our elections) we will have two leftwing parties to choose from, neither of which will actually run on their liberal positions. Cheers to those looking to build a choice.

I see the same thing
Florida early voting update: Early in-person turnout among Republicans has fallen off a cliff. At R+0.4, the total early vote in the state is about as blue as 2018, 5 points higher than this point in 2022, and 10 points higher than in 2024. gelliottmorris.com/p/2026-ea…

“Not my fault at all”
Trump seems resigned to losing the midterms: "For some reason, presidents don't do well in the midterm, no matter how good they are, even if they're great like us together or whatever."
