I love using my platform to educate women about sex, contraceptives , the menstrual cycle and reproductive rights. Part of the reason I started selling sex toys ❀️❀️

You need to stretch more (esp your hamstrings) and do it on a more comfortable surface. The position isn’t supposed to hurt

Many of you don’t seem to have values or principles you stand by. You simply swing towards whatever opinion is popular at the time adjusting your convictions to fit the mood of the room. You say what earns approval and abandon positions the moment holding them becomes inconvenient.

Agreed
A little kink shaming is fine because I think you need to interrogate why you're into certain things every now and again.

This is terrible advice please let’s apply discretion when recommending medications randomly . You don’t need all these things because that β€œafter smell” you’re trying to get rid of resolves on its own & unnecessary use of these pessaries can disrupt your vaginal flora
I love how she explained herself to the guy, but having sex immediately after your menstrual period isn’t advisable at all. Women’s bodies are different. Some women naturally have no vaginal odour, while others may experience unpleasant smells. If there’s an unusual smell, you can use antibiotics tab, Clovinal or Mycoten tablets alongside probiotic gummies for 5–7 days. Lastly, abstain from sex while undergoing treatment.

Antibiotics resistance is on the rise amongst the Nigerian population and we should play our part by advocating against self medication πŸ’Š

A lot of times, we, myself included, talk about market-reflective electricity tariffs and emphasise the need for consumers to pay prices that reflect the true cost of generating and supplying electricity. But let us not pretend that these costs exist in isolation. The cost of generating electricity is also a function of operating inefficiencies, decaying infrastructure, poor maintenance, high inflation, FX instability and other structural problems within the system. These are costs that are peculiar to Nigeria and, to a large extent, reflect years of poor policy decisions, inadequate investment and government failure. All of these feed into the cost of generating and supplying electricity, and by extension, the so-called market-reflective tariff. Yes, consumers should pay prices that reflect the cost of electricity. But when do we begin to have an equally serious conversation about the inefficiencies that keep driving these costs upwards in the first place? Are we simply going to allow tariffs to keep rising to accommodate every increase in operating costs, regardless of whether those costs are justified or could have been avoided? At what point do we hold policymakers and operators accountable for the inefficiencies within the system? Can we also emphasise that? There is something fundamentally wrong with a system where consumers are repeatedly asked to pay more, not necessarily because the service has improved, but because the cost of delivering that service keeps rising due to structural inefficiencies. And consumers, who have very limited alternatives, are left to bear the consequences.
