A Campaign Against Antisemitism steward was filmed by Al Jazeera offering to provide “muscle” at a rally organised by Turning Point UK, a far right group that Al Jazeera revealed to have links to Loyalist paramilitary contract killers.
The CAA was already thoroughly discredited last December when a judge ruled a case it had brought against the comedian Reginald Hunter was “vexatious” and “abusive” and aimed purely at getting him “cancelled”. So horrified was the judge by their behaviour he instructed a copy of his ruling to be attached to any future legal action brought by the CAA.
It is astonishing the CAA still has charitable status and more astonishing still that the BBC interviews it as being representative of the Jewish community.

I have literally spent the last month trekking around Jordan interviewing elderly Nakba survivors and hearing their harrowing stories- and just completed a three hour video interview on Saturday night. No one I talked to left before multiple neighbours or family members had been shot and killed. Few of them had any weapons of any sort to protect themselves and if they did they were ancient Turkish muskets. Their opponents were armed with modern, newly-imported Czech rifles and many had been trained and drilled by the British. It became simply suicidal to remain, though many old people tried to so. The guy I interviewed on Saturday fled with his mother after their village was bombed. Their father remained and was loaded onto a truck to Gaza, at gunpoint, by the Haganah. Many of the family members that remained in Gaza have been killed in the last two years

I have written to the four @LambethLabour MPs following the Government's disgraceful approval of the #Jackdaw gas field, urging them to publicly oppose the decision.
As climate breakdown intensifies, we should be investing in clean, affordable energy and mitigating the effects climate change here in Lambeth like cooling our schools, homes and workplaces not locking ourselves into decades more fossil fuels.

AIPAC has officially lost the battle. This is a complete surrender on their part and hopefully, the beginning of a deceleration of independence from Israeli influence in Israeli politics.
