A sign of the times. If you’re travelling down McArthur ave and looking for @CMHAOttawa just look for this sign. We’re settling in to our new home more and more everyday!
@CMHAOttawa marches on. The lack of an office for a week or two hasn’t slowed us down at all- well maybe a little. Our temporary control centre is up and humming.
Months of planning, weeks of packing, second guessing, fingers crossed. @CMHAOttawa is finally on the move. Big question: is it mayhem, chaos, or pandemonium?
#mentalhealthweek and I spent the morning with my good buddy Joanne L-M from Cornwall CMHA and we're sharing exciting news about Bounceback, Structured psychotherapy, and the @BigWhiteWallCA; all free services that have started in the last two years. Just look how excited we are!
Had a wonderful time collecting a big cheque from the great folks at TEKsystems. Their support of #cmhaottawa and mental health is to be admired. Now i'm looking for a large ATM.
