Last Wednesday, the Federal Court dismissed two of Canada's appeals of CHRT orders alleging tribunal over-reach & other spurious arguments. Meanwhile on Sept 26 they filed this appeal on the same case. A fed. win would gut an order for families to have safe spaces to get help.
