Reminder that in April 2024, Hakeem Jeffries voted against requiring warrants to search our private communications collected under FISA Section 702. Had he voted yes it would have passed 213–211.
He also voted against cutting military aid to Israel just 4 months ago. Was what happened on Tues a cry for that kind of leadership?
NEW: House Dems "inundated" w/ calls & emails urging them not to elect Jeffries speaker
One member told @axios they got "300-400" calls in 2 days
Another said "over 500"
A third said "higher" than 500: "It's our No. 1 issue, and it's not close." axios.com/2026/11/06/jeffrie…

Has anyone at CNN taken accountability for multiple pundits making absolutely wrong assertions and their obvious bias against Abdul?
💥NEW: CNN's Dana Bash CASTS DOUBT on her *OWN* network's polling of Abdul El-Sayed-Mike Rogers race💥
"It is ENTIRELY POSSIBLE that the polling is NOT totally picking up what is *actually* happening.”
Bash noted El-Sayed was projected to defeat Haley Stevens in a landslide during the Democrat primary — but barely beat her.
She also highlighted how Jewish and black Michiganders are crucial Democrat voters who may not turn out for El-Sayed.
CNN's Kate Bolduan acknowledged that Bash was “EXACTLY RIGHT.”
Both CNN hosts seemed dejected by the realities of the situation.
CNN's polling has Rogers trailing El-Sayed by 7 points.
And El-Sayed is supposedly leading Mike Rogers by about 5 points in the RealClearPolling average.
But Bash is correct that El-Sayed may be overestimated yet again.
Stevens' endorsement of Rogers could help make the difference in a tight race on Tuesday.

These numbers are going up, by the way: A Democratic House staffer told me their office got nearly 800 calls about Jeffries on Friday alone.
Most of the staffers I'm talking to describe this as the most call volume they've ever experienced. axios.com/2026/11/06/jeffrie…

My advice for people who want to win the Democratic nomination for president is that they should answer this question with “Yes”
.@jonfavs: Would you restrict weapons sales at all [to Israel]?
Shapiro: America sells weapons to lots of countries...and should those nations violate the terms of the sales, they would no longer be permitted to purchase those weapons. I think Israel should be treated as other nations are.

The calls—coming from inside and outside of Congress—cite a lack of vision, an unwillingness to go after Trump, the continued acceptance of corporate PAC money, and an extreme deference to the Israeli government. mrf.lu/2_qc3

Sending Medicare for All to Trump's desk is a win-win for Democrats.

Leftists know Jeffries controls what legislation reaches the House floor, and he's unlikely to allow an up-or-down vote on Medicare for All.
But that's precisely the problem. If Democratic leadership actually brought meaningful Medicare expansion to a vote, passed it through Congress, and forced Trump to veto legislation offering Americans a way out of crushing medical debt, imagine the political backlash.
KFF found that 66% of Americans support Medicare for All.
The point isn't to trick Trump into supporting it. It's to use legislative power, force public accountability, and expose exactly who stands between Americans and affordable healthcare.
Your analysis is weak and sophomoric, as usual.

Representative-elect Melat Kiros: I want to see Medicare for all voted on. I want to see a data center moratorium voted on. I want to see us ending military sales to Israel, ending the war in Iran. And to be clear, my demand is not that Leader Jeffries specifically supports these things himself. My demand is that he lets us vote on it.

We need a Speaker of the House and a Senate Majority Leader that aren’t compromised. There’s a reason why MLK didn’t finish the journey. It wasn’t because he couldn’t book a flight.
59 years later, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s unfinished journey to Israel finally becomes a reality. ❤️🇮🇱🇺🇲
Today, 500 African American and African Christian leaders arrived in Israel as part of the "Unfinished Business" pilgrimage, an initiative created and led by the BCLCIR.
Their vision was to fulfill Dr. King’s dream of bringing African American pastors on a pilgrimage and solidarity trip to the Holy Land.
It was a journey MLK planned in 1967, but never got to make.
At a time when it proves most costly, these brave leaders came to see Israel for themselves, led by their faith, a deep commitment to the truth, and in service of Black - Jewish community building, a special tradition built by generations of solidarity.
As part of their trip, they also honored Israelis whose lives were forever changed by October 7 and by antisemitism, including Elkana Bohbot, who survived 738 days in Hamas captivity.
Welcome to Israel. We’re grateful to have you here. 🙏
