Tony, you nailed it. @juniorkats is confidently dismissing evidence from a forensic discipline he clearly doesn’t understand. And we know the playbook: when they can’t explain the evidence, they resort to ad hominem attacks. But that’s all right.

UPDATE
The High Court of Uganda has dismissed Nalubowa Rose’s election petition, upholding Nameere Justine’s victory in Masaka City
Nalubowa Rose v Nameere Justine and Others (Election Petition No. 5 of 2026) [2026] UGHC 1325 (21 October 2026)
High Court of Uganda dismissed Nalubowa Rose’s election petition, upholding Nameere Justine’s victory in Masaka City after finding that although the recount had procedural irregularities involving compromised electoral materials, the petitioner failed to prove that they substantially affected the result; costs were awarded against her.👉:ulii.org/en/akn/ug/judgment/… @newvisionwire @DailyMonitor @ntvuganda @NBSBreakingNews @SuunaKing_James @ahamitch @KakwenzaRukira @jjunjumoses63 @Cecilia97N @bosingwafarouk @SarahBireete @IsaacSsemakadde @PhillipKarugaba @kiizaeron

I appreciate that distinction. But the petitioner did challenge the reliability of the recount figures.
My difficulty is with the reasoning that follows. At paragraph 96, the Judge expressly found that proceeding with the recount after discovering compromised electoral materials constituted non-compliance with electoral law. At paragraph 101, he nevertheless treated the resulting recount certificate as the operative and uncontroverted record of the election.
The question is whether the petitioner was required to identify specific invalid votes within the recount, or whether the established defects in the integrity of the electoral materials were themselves relevant to the reliability of the resulting figures.
I accept that the petitioner retained the burden of proving substantial effect. But I would distinguish between proving that particular votes were wrongly counted and proving that the recount process was so compromised that its figures could not safely be relied upon.
The Judge found the latter process unlawful but did not, in my view, sufficiently explain why its resulting figures remained reliable.
That is the point on which I think the judgment is open to debate.

The drop in the number Primary Vs Secondary schools in Uganda is over 85% (one of the highest in Sub-Saharan Africa). Quite a mystery how we plan to achieve a 10X Economy by 2040, when more than half of the children (future workforce) don't make it out of/past Primary level.
🇺🇬 Bugabula County North MP John Teira asked the Minister of Education and Sports to reconsider Government’s policy of one seed secondary school per sub-county. He said sub-counties have a radius of 20 kilometres.
He said the policy should take account of each sub-county’s size and population. He also told Parliament that Bugabula North has neither a Health Centre IV nor a technical college.

On why the Air quality should be everyone's concern
Replying to @TonyNatif
Air pollution—especially PM2.5—is classified by IARC as a Group 1 carcinogen that causes lung cancer. It accounts for roughly 14-15% of global lung cancer deaths, ranking second only to smoking.
In never-smokers it mainly acts as a promoter: particles trigger inflammation (macrophages releasing IL-1β) that wakes up pre-existing EGFR or KRAS mutations already present in healthy lung tissue. Risk rises about 9-16% per 10 µg/m³ increase in long-term PM2.5. Indoor smoke from solid fuels adds further risk in some regions. Reducing exposure lowers the odds.
