Big news heading into @RippleSwell: the @USOCC has granted final approval for Ripple National Trust Bank. This gives Ripple a federally supervised platform to support $RLUSD and provide digital asset custody to enterprises. We’ve always said crypto and banks work better together — this is what that looks like. Real innovation, real accountability, federal oversight. The revolution isn't happening outside the system. It's happening from within it.

👀 STAY TUNED!
My thanks go to everyone who put so much effort into the CLARITY Act— across the Administration, Congress, investors, and innovators. Our collective conviction that America must continue to lead is indispensable. I have been unequivocal: with or without legislation, we will act decisively within the SEC’s statutory authority to deliver certainty for American investors and for the entrepreneurs shaping our technological future. Stay tuned.

This afternoon, Senate Democrats proved they were never truly serious about protecting consumers and preserving American leadership. I sat at the table with Senate Democrats working in good faith to get this done while they played games. For over a year, they presented demands and the second we met them, they made new demands and moved the goal posts. Today they voted against real limitations on politicians’ personal crypto investments. They voted against protecting American consumers from the scammers and fraudsters this bill would have shut down. They voted against American leadership, and handed China and every one of our foreign competitors exactly what they wanted. Democrats chose politics over the American people—again. That’s not leadership on their part, that’s surrender to their radical, socialist base. The once-proud Democratic party is anti-consumer and pro-illicit finance, anti-ethics, anti-free enterprise, anti-worker, anti-livable wage jobs, and pro-socialism. The Democrats are now anti-American. Sad!

True.
They adjourned lastnight... All that talk about cancelling the recess and staying to get the job done because there is too much to do..... All BS as usual. @SenateGOP & @SenateDems you all are unbelievable! You all just had 19 days off for the 4th of July, now you get another 30+ days off?? Yes, I'm aware that this time is meant for you all to interact with your constituents and hold Town Hall meetings and things of that nature. But let's be real here, y'all don't do none of that!! We need to figure out another way to conduct our governmental business. Instead of the Senate voting on whether or not they should adjourn- It should be up to we the people. Instead of the Senate voting on bills, it should be we the people. Do we even need you all to "represent us" in this day and age of technology?

This bill literally requires President Trump to divest his digital asset holdings or put them in a blind trust. It's becoming painfully clear some of my Democrat colleagues would rather let consumers lose everything if a crypto exchange fails and posture for the midterms than pass market structure legislation with unprecedented ethics standards covering the President, VP, Congress, and the Federal Judiciary.
NEW: As some Democrats negotiate a crypto bill that likely wouldn't force Trump to fully divest his crypto interests, a number of their colleagues voiced concern the talks undermine their midterm messaging railing against Trump's "cryto corruption"

Just this fact alone and the Democrats’ attitude toward new technologies (designed to protect the outdated banking monopoly) will make them fail in the next election. I never would have believed what scumbags the Dems are.
BREAKING: 🇺🇸 The Senate has put the Crypto Clarity Act on hold to focus on other bills. How many more delays?

Coinbase’s @faryarshirzad is 💯 on 🎯 Personally, I’m VERY disappointed in the Clarity Act. I think it’s outrageous and un-American that customers can’t receive interest related to their holdings of Crypto tokens or stable-coins. I call it un-American because it protects Banks. When there’s disruption of an industry, that industry has the opportunity to adapt and integrate with the new technology or become irrelevant and DIE. That’s the whole idea of American capitalism. Our government shouldn’t pick the winners from the losers. Period. If I was in the Senate I would have fought like hell agaisnt banks. But if they have enough Senators in their pockets (as they currently do) it doesn’t mean I wouldn’t vote for Clarity because I didn’t get EVERYTHING I wanted. TO THE DEMOCRATS: Trump has already made $1.4 billion dollars in Crypto. I hate it. Hell, when Dick Cheney awarded Halliburton a multibillion dollar contract for the Iraq War - while still on Halliburton’s payroll - I thought that violated ethics. So I don’t like it either. But with or without Clarity, Trump will likely make another billion or more. Trump and his family are heavily invested in defense companies. Are we going to suspend all funding with defense contractors because Trump or his family may benefit from it? Of course not! Why would we treat Crypto any different? Why punish tens of millions of Americans because of one man? I only ask that you love America more than you hate Donald Trump.
🇺🇸 UPDATE: Coinbase's Faryar Shirzad says it’s time to pass the CLARITY Act, arguing policymakers cannot let “the perfect be the enemy of the good.”

This lunatic should actually be charged with some type of fraud or slander. Lying with intent to deceive Americans and protect her lobbyists money as a US representative has to be a crime at some point.

The truth is accessible to all people! Do not believe the blatant lies of outdated grannies that are tools of big banks 🏦
It's a fucking shame that these idiots (Warren) are using Trump as an excuse NOT to pass the Clarity Act. This technology will thrive whether they like it or not.

History will remember this as the moment a president chose a higher standard of ethics than the law required of him. This agreement bans ALL federal officials — including the President — from issuing or sponsoring a digital asset for profit, with real enforcement and real penalties. Thank you, @POTUS! Let's get the Clarity Act passed NOW.

President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump previously launched the $TRUMP and $MELANIA meme coins, which generated substantial revenue for Trump-affiliated entities and prompted bipartisan ethics concerns over public officials profiting from digital assets. abcnews.go.com/Politics/trump…
