$NBIS could close a partnership with DAMAC in UAE. DAMAC is building 6GW Data Center expansion & presence in 4 continents. βœ…πŸŒ Based on team effort DD by @DrTomsLens & @nebulizer
$NBIS potential data center partner: DAMAC Arkady met with DAMAC's managing director during GTC. DAMAC is one of the largest real estate developers in the UAE, and its data center arm, DAMAC Digital, is building 6GW of AI capacity worldwide. Where its biggest capacity sits: β—† Finland: ~2.4GW β—† Thailand + Indonesia: ~1GW+ β—† Saudi Arabia: ~205MW That's Nebius's home turf, its APAC expansion, and right next to its recent Oxagon deal in NEOM. Nothing's signed yet. But Nebius needs powered sites, and DAMAC is building them exactly where Nebius wants to be. I see this as a likely partnership.

$NBIS Damac Digital said it has broken ground on ten new sites in the last five months and expects eight to be operational by the end of the year. The firm is targeting more than 700MW of operational capacity across 14 sites by Q1 2027 and 2GW by the end of Q1 2028. Damac Digital said it has more than 600 employees on three continents across design, procurement, construction, operations, and other support functions teams. It said it has already achieved operational capacity in Saudi Arabia and Thailand. Its European markets include Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and the Nordic region, where it is already building facilities. In 2025, it announced the acquisition of Finnish data center developer Hyperco for an undisclosed amount. In Asia, Damac Digital said it is also expanding in Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. US President Donald Trump announced last year that the company would be investing β€œat least $20 billion over a very short period of time” into US data centers. Damac Digital, formerly known as Edgnex, was founded in 2021 by Hussain Sajwani and began operations with a 12MW campus in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. It says that more than 90 percent of its data centers are designed with liquid cooling infrastructure and are able to support high-density compute, cloud growth and national digital infrastructure datacenterdynamics.com/en/ne…

$NBIS NBIS Weekly Brief Oct 17–24 πŸ“° Funding headline: On Oct 22 Nebius signed a $3.5B, 364-day senior secured facility with Citi at SOFR + 2.75%, stepping up to a 3.50% cap. It extends the runway, but the market read it as more leverage. Bearish short-term, constructive medium-term. High impact. No company-specific negative: the stock’s weakness is sector contagion. CoreWeave’s bonds sold off to roughly 15% yields, and the whole neocloud complex is now trading as a credit story. Price: $NBIS closed Friday at $158.74, about 7% lower on the week, roughly 30% lower month-to-date, and about 47% below its 52-week high of $299.86. Product news (minor positive): public GPU spot pricing, reserve auctions, a capacity-rebate pilot, and a $10M commitment to European AI builders with NVIDIA. Overall: Bearish tape, thesis intact. The next real test is Q3 earnings, which data providers estimate for ~Nov 10. The company has not confirmed that date. 1. Company news Citi facility (Oct 22). Proceeds go to data centers, GPUs and general purposes. Management presents it as a bridge: COO Ophir Nave flagged larger asset-backed financing still to come, secured on more than $40B of investment-grade customer contracts. No size or timing was given. So what: this is bridge financing. A one-year tenor means a refinancing or asset-backed deal must follow within 12 months. That deal is the real catalyst, and its terms will set the cost of capital. 2. Catalysts Piper Sandler cut its price target 22% to $185 (reported Oct 22). It argues neocloud stocks may stay out of favour until the financing picture clears. So what: even after the cut, the target sits about 17% above spot. The sell-side is de-rating multiples, not abandoning the name. Q3 earnings, estimated Nov 10, pre-market. Consensus is about $906M revenue and an EPS loss of about –$0.71. The key watch item is H2 conversion: hitting the $3.0–3.4B FY guide requires roughly $2B of revenue in H2, against $981M in H1. 3. Product launches Oct 21: public live GPU spot pricing, plus reserve auctions, pay-as-you-go, and a pilot rebate for returning unused capacity. Shares rose about 3% pre-market on the news. So what: this is a smart move toward price transparency and better utilisation of capacity. It also opens a small window into GPU pricing trends, which is worth tracking. Oct 21: the Physical AI Workbench added agentic workflows, built with NVIDIA. Oct 19: a $10M compute and community program for European AI builders, with NVIDIA. 4. Insider & ownership Form 4 for director Arne Grimme acquired shares (transaction dated Oct 20, filed Oct 22). 5. Negatives / risks Neocloud credit stress is the dominant driver. On Oct 14, CoreWeave’s 2032 notes widened to about 15% yield and the stock fell 13%. A Barclays strategist notes the stress has so far stayed mostly within neoclouds. Flagged concerns:Customer concentration: three customers made up 59% of Q2 revenue. Capex intensity: about $5.7B in Q2. Backlog conversion: only about 36% of the $37.5B RPO converts within two years. Dilution from convertibles and treasury share sales. So what: NBIS is trading on credit-market beta, not fundamentals. It will stay tied to CRWV’s bond prices until its own term financing is announced. 6. Read-across CoreWeave (CRWV): about –5% on Oct 22 to ~$58.86, and roughly 30% lower in October. Watch its bond spreads: they are the leading indicator for NBIS’s financing costs. 7. Market data Price: closed Friday at $158.74 (–0.27%) on about 13.5M shares. Market cap is about $43.5B. Range: about $243 in early October, about $170 on Oct 19, a low near $158 this week. Company confirmation of the Q3 date (~Nov 10). Any announcement of the asset-backed financing. CRWV bond prices and CoreWeave’s own Q3 report, likely mid-November.

$NBIS Top 5 Nebius management weekly remarks πŸ“£ 1. CEO Arkady Volozh at GTC Berlin (Oct 22): demand and pricing are both intact. He said the market’s real problems are how to finance and how to build capacity, not demand. It reframes the selloff as a capital-markets problem rather than a demand problem, which is the central bull counter-argument right now. 2. CRO Marc Boroditsky on CNBC (Oct 21): compute prices are rising faster than expected. In Nebius’s Oct 20 capacity auction, prices kept climbing, and he said 2027 capacity would sell out if it were brought online. Rising rental rates undercut the β€œGPU price collapse” bear case and support the ~22-month payback math Volozh gave in September. 3. COO Ophir Nave (Oct 22, Citi facility release): financing is being sequenced deliberately. The $3.5B bridge is meant to be followed by asset-backed debt secured on more than $40B of investment-grade customer contracts. The cost and timing of that asset-backed deal is now the key catalyst for both the multiple and dilution risk. 4. CRO Marc Boroditsky (Oct 21–22): Nebius doesn’t carry CoreWeave-style leverage. He said directly, β€œWe’re not carrying the kind of debt that they are.” Management is actively decoupling the story from CoreWeave’s credit stress. The market isn’t buying it yet, since NBIS still trades on CRWV’s bond yields. 5. CEO Arkady Volozh (Oct 21 pricing release at GTC Berlin): customers should be able to see what compute costs and buy on flexible terms. He paired this with $NBIS being among the first clouds to bring up Vera Rubin NVL72 systems. Public spot pricing signals confidence that the pricing will hold up under scrutiny, and early Rubin access strengthens the NVIDIA-allocation moat.

$NBIS Activating Vineland is what we need the more MW in total + other DCs the better βœ…
$NBIS Vineland 100MW+ of $BE Fuel Cells live SOON During $BE Earnings yesterday, management commented on Vineland status. "We are in the 100MW class already. [...] The first block is about to power on." Note $NBIS already has ~120MW of natgas temp gensets firing on campus. These will continue to function as bridge capacity until $BE solution is fully online. This is INCREDIBLE news. Depending on how much capacity is reserved for redundancy, the actual figure could come in somewhat lower, but... ~200MW of energized capacity by year-end is looking increasingly plausible.

$NBIS CEO Arkady highlights to watch out on Capital & chips for 2027. Q3 ER will show the importance of Nebius growth story βœ…
At GTC, $NBIS CEO Arkady Volozh highlighted something I think investors need to pay close attention to: capital is becoming one of the biggest constraints on AI infrastructure growth. Then, less than 24 hours later, Nebius announced a new $3.5B financing facility with Citi. The timing is fascinating, especially with all the scrutiny surrounding $CRWV and its balance sheet. Of course the stock will sell off today as a result, however... A few things worth considering: The financing terms are relatively attractive. Nebius secured a facility at SOFR + 2.75% initially, without issuing new shares as part of the transaction. The catch however is that it matures in just 364 days, so refinancing risk is still very real. Capital availability could become a competitive advantage. If demand for AI compute continues growing while financing becomes harder to access, companies that can consistently raise capital on reasonable terms will be better positioned to expand. Supply constraints could reinforce pricing power. Between power availability, construction timelines, and next-generation GPU allocation, bringing new compute capacity online is becoming increasingly difficult. Nebius also benefits from a close $NVDA relationship and early access to new hardware. The longer-term opportunity is what interests me most. If Nebius can finance and deploy Vera Rubin capacity while the broader industry struggles to keep up with demand, its economics in 2027–2028 could look very different from what investors are currently modeling. Jensen also had a similar sentiment at GTC: "Demand is really high and they just need working capital, and working capital will come." None of this eliminates execution risk, which is why I've been saying that execution will become a differentiator ultimately. But I think there's a legitimate argument that the very constraints worrying investors today could strengthen the competitive position of companies that successfully navigate them. The industry as a whole is capital-constrained and capacity constrained, so access to capital could be just as important as access to GPUs. I'll be digging into the financing, GTC commentary, and Vera Rubin revenue opportunity in my upcoming video.

$NBIS CEO Arkady *If the demand is there the rest are tasks, not problems*
$NBIS CEO just pushed back on concerns about weakening AI compute pricing by saying β€œthe prices are still there, demand is still there.” He argues hard part isn’t finding customers but securing GPUs & bringing enough capacity online to meet that demand.

This is honestly insane. Marc Boroditsky, CRO of $NBIS, just revealed that the company has 1 GW of Vera Rubin GPU capacity coming next year, with significant customer demand already lined up. That alone could translate into tens of billions of dollars in ARR. 🀯

$NBIS My personal take from GTC Berlin is that I hope EU as a whole wakes the fxxx up & starts innovating & ends the bureocracy affecting AI development. $NVDA has blinked everyone, invested over $10B in ecosystem, supports innovation but if EU wants to have any chance to catch up or even compete. Its time to build AI massively. πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Ί
