🚨 I Deeply Apologize 🚨 I’m truly sorry to everyone I tried to help today. I spent nearly six hours attempting to purchase CP for community members, but after several transactions, the CODM Web Store temporarily blocked my debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Some payments were placed on hold, and in a few cases, money appears to have left my account even though the recipient did not receive their CP. I now have to wait until the banks reopen Monday to contact my bank and the Web Store’s support team to get everything properly investigated and resolved. The Web Store made community gifting far safer and faster. Before it existed, helping someone required receiving their account information, wiping a device, reinstalling CODM, signing into their account, purchasing CP through the in-game store, logging out, and asking them to immediately change their password. Although many of you know I have proven my honesty throughout the past five years, that process still required tremendous trust, time, energy, and unnecessary security risks. With the Web Store, I could simply request someone’s UID and region, send the CP within minutes, and immediately return to content creation or helping others offline. That convenience allowed me to give away more than $300 at the beginning of Season 6 and spend close to $1,000 helping our team reach the CP-event threshold. I was genuinely proud that we accomplished it together. Unfortunately, today turned into a financial and technical nightmare. Until every payment is accounted for and I know the process is safe again, I must temporarily pause all community CP gifting. Please understand that nobody is being ignored or forgotten. I genuinely tried my best, but I cannot continue attempting transactions while my payment accounts are restricted and previous purchases remain unresolved. Once everything is safely fixed, I’ll ask for your UID and region again. Until then, please protect your account information and never send anyone your password or login credentials. I deeply apologize to everyone whose purchase did not go through. Hopefully, the next opportunity will be smoother, safer, and successful for everyone. Have an amazing day. JUG loves you all forever. ❤️💛❤️ #CODM #CODMobile ⸻ 🌟Transparency: I’m a writer at heart, so I may occasionally use AI only to help shorten or polish my written posts while keeping my original message and intent intact.
