Community leadership means being a trusted face people recognize and look to for information, updates, and direction. That means hosting events, working with partners, and even presenting at conferences. Leadership is showing up wherever the community needs a voice.

Flashback to ETHDenver 2025 πŸ•ΆοΈ At the #Arweave/AO ecosystem booth dressed as an Agent from the Matrix, handing out swag and telling everyone who’d listen about permanent data and verifiable compute.

From helping users onboard, to fixing bugs. Support means much more than just moderation- it means working closely with the team, pushing PRs for user-facing bugs, and even spotting onchain trends. Great support is what turns first-time users into long-term users.
Most think community management is just moderation. It’s not. Good CMs help users, surface recurring issues, triage problems the core team may not have time to handle, and make sure important feedback reaches the right people. Support is the bridge between users and teams.

Support gets a lot easier when the people helping users actually know the product.

A good community issue report should answer: What are users confused about? What broke? How many users are affected? What was done to resolve it? Reporting like this keeps the team informed and helps issues move from user report to actual fix faster.

The list of HyperBEAM devices keeps growing, so we built an explorer. Browse device specs, implementations, and install instructions in a package-manager-style interface, all powered by decentralized GraphQL. 392168818m.arweave.net

AI is great at finding information. It is not automatically great at knowing when the information it found is wrong, outdated, or irrelevant. Someone still has to own the answer. That is where good support operators matter.

Good escalation means carrying the context forward. The customer shouldn’t have to re-explain the same issue every time a case changes hands. The context should travel with the problem, from support, to engineering, to the PR that ultimately fixes it.

When we started working with @aoTheComputer and @ArweaveEco, we saw a problem: mountains of ecosystem data, but little useful insight. So we built The Eye to track developers, daily txs, nodes, and more. Turning community data into something teams can act on. πŸ“‘

AI is a fantastic tool for speeding up support, but a chatbot with no way to reach a human isn’t support- it’s a maze. πŸŒ€ The balance matters: use AI to move faster, and humans when judgment or flexibility is needed. Not every problem fits a script.

Looking at current data, Bitcoin peaked near $126k in Oct 2025, bottomed around $58k in June 2026, and now sits near $83-84k with greed (not extreme) sentiment and ETF inflows. Past despair and bottom fishing. We're in the early recovery of the next cycle: accumulation into trend emergence.

The Atomic Asset Migrator is live! Connect your wallet to find Legacynet Atomic Assets from old profiles and UCM activity, then migrate them to mainnet. This tool creates a new AO mainnet asset record pointing to the same artwork already stored on Arweaveβ€”no re-uploading the art. arweave.net/JHR-xjCO8xEwIXFz…

ArLMDB unlocked using Arweave as a decentralized database engine that streams content only as you need it. Today those databases gained realtime update properties, too. Same verification, but with updates that take effect instantly. Read more πŸ‘‡ teapawt.net/aoTheComputer/status/2…
