In this game, you play as a guy who has to rebuild a destroyed settlement. You have to build production lines, provide the villagers with food and heat, and protect them!
In addition, the game puts a lot of emphasis not only on urban planning, but also on the RPG component. Trade, craft, exchange, complete quests, and much more!
