Negativity from ppl with at least 2 brain cells spotting a clear fraud or completely incompetent venture. "Wishing the best" for what is TERRIBLE for lacrosse just makes absolutely no sense. These kinds of joke projects should be choked out immediately before embarrassing lax.

I wish them the best because the marketplace can't afford more failures. Which might explain where the negativity of lacrosse people comes from, their subconscious fear of another failed project. But that might be giving them too much credit. More likely "MY LEAGUE is better".

Eight years ago, we announced the PLL. But the journey began two years earlier, when we set out to thoughtfully build a league that would trailblaze the future of professional sports by putting players and fans at the center of everything we do. Our mission today remains the same, with a little more progress and a lot more work to learn and grow. Thanks to every single person that has watched or attended a game, clinic, or event— bought a piece of merch or actually given 60 seconds of your time to us. We will never take it for granted.

8 years ago we announced we were going to build something that would hopefully impact generations of players and fans. A new pro lacrosse league. Well beyond the daily meetings and zooms and A-frame installations on gameday, our goal was to make dreams come true. To provide for the best men’s and women’s lacrosse players in the world. To trailblaze the future. This sport changed so many of our lives. I feel this very personally. We get to do that for others now. Thank you for supporting, watching, attending, and even sharing the criticisms and feedback. It’s all part of sports…you win some, you lose some, and you keep going. Happy PLL Day 🎂💪🏼🥂

The #1 way you can be absolutely positive that ALL is a fraud/scam is that he supposedly hired a "new marketing firm" 2 months ago but didn't create a twitter until yesterday, and the first thing he did was take aggressive shots at the PLL, which is not a great plan lol.

I've been playing, coaching, or writing about lacrosse for just about my entire life. But the launch of @PremierLacrosse eight years ago is the moment that pushed me towards trying to seriously cover the sport I love, maybe even professionally. Since then, lacrosse has taken me to places, conversations and moments with truly incredible people that I never could have expected and I'm grateful to have experienced every one of them. Happy PLL Day to lacrosse fans everywhere.
