Good! But not just lining the pockets of property developers who build cheaply to maximize profits. You should incentivise people to take on older buildings that need investment (insulation, solar/heating, upgrading). Plenty of old buildings are sitting unused.

A lot of young people have stopped believing they'll ever own their own home.
That's what happens when rents are high, house prices are high, and saving for a deposit feels impossible.
My Labour government is stepping in to help.
With Your First Home, first-time buyers will be able to buy a new-build home with a deposit of just 2.5%.
Because hard work and saving should count for something.
And because the dream of owning your own home shouldn't belong only to those with help from the bank of Mum and Dad.
Landlords asking for high rent will soon bring the price down if they're taxed for leaving it unoccupied (or, better, they sell to someone who needs to buy!)

Quixel Bridge was _LITERALLY_ perfect. You had the perfect blueprint for how to browse assets and you replaced it with something that feels like it was designed by someone who hasn't even heard the words "User Experience".
