I’m all for player advocacy & players having choices.
But when does player safety become a factor in CFB? Forget the “business”, but consider the risk young CFB players are exposed to.
Guys that have practiced against the best players in the world, now get to play against an 18yr old freshman…. 😳
Let me explain the difference… an NFL PRACTICE is WAY faster than ANY CFB GAME… not even close… these guys would have a huge competitive advantage.
NEWS: A judge in Louisiana has granted a group that includes 16 football player --including several in NFL training camps this summer -- a restraining order to allows them to return to college sports this season, per me and @DanMurphyESPN.

The most important election in Chicago that no one is talking about is on November 3, 2026. Every single one of these seats will be up for election, and it is imperative that Chicagoans show up to the polls to oppose the CTU's reckless agenda.
NEW: The Chicago Board of Education today voted 11-7 to pass a $10B budget that the district’s own superintendent and CFO said is unbalanced, with every yes vote backed by Mayor Brandon Johnson and the Chicago Teachers Union.
The budget assumes $150M in additional revenue from the state that will almost certainly not arrive.
This recklessness threatens credit downgrades in the immediate term and financial chaos in a matter of months.
But as the below clip of Stacy Davis Gates shows, that’s on purpose. Creating a crisis is the point.
CTU leadership is setting the city’s house on fire and hoping insurance pays out.

So long, America🫡🇺🇸
49 days ago we landed in the USA to follow our country at the World Cup. We had no idea it would turn into the trip of a lifetime.
Thank you to everyone who followed along, and to all the people we met who made this journey even more special. We honestly don’t have the words to express how grateful we are for everything you did for us.
This trip exceeded every expectation we had. We came here with an open mind, wanting to experience as much of the country as possible. I still remember telling my friends on the flight to Atlanta that I hoped we’d get to meet a few locals on this trip. Now we’re flying home with friends all across the USA.
Before we came, we heard so many stereotypes and warnings about America. People told us about safety concerns, that they might check our social media at the border, and all kinds of other things. None of it matched our experience. This was probably the most welcoming country we’ve ever visited.
So if you have the chance to travel, do it. The world isn’t nearly as bad as the media often makes it seem. 99% of people are awesome!
I heard this quote somewhere during the World Cup, and I think it sums up our experience perfectly:
“If you want to hate the world, watch the news. If you want to love it, travel it.”
Thank you, America ❤️🇺🇸

Sonny Styles is a LB prospect in the 2026 draft class. He scored an unofficial 10.00 RAS out of a possible 10.00. This ranked 1 out of 3215 LB from 1987 to 2026.
Splits projected, all times unofficial, agilities left, bench tmrw, but 10.00 RAS watch is officially on!

Property taxes are insanely high. Now, thanks to @ChicagosMayor and the @CTULocal1, they will be even higher, while the majority of our CPS students can't read, write, or do math at grade level.
Thank you to the 5 CPS school board members who voted NO. While the CTU falsely accused fiscally responsible aldermen of wanting to increase your property taxes during the budget battle, their handpicked board actually raised them to the max, and tried to do it in secret.
More taxpayer money for worse student outcomes.
More money on the heels of an inspector general report detailing $8 million+ in taxpayer dollars wasted on hot air balloon rides, 🐫 rides and African safaris. Shameful.
Remember this when they tell you it's "for the kids". It's not.
As a CPS parent myself, who believes in investing in our students and who understands that every tax dollar is precious and should be leveraged for maximum results with accountability, I find this disregard for taxpayer dollars while using our students as political pawns, infuriating.
UPDATE: The Chicago Board of Education approves the $25 million property tax hike for CPS in a 15-5 vote. No votes were Rivas, Rosenfeld, Gutierrez, Rhymefest, and Boyle. I'm told Board President Sean Harden spent a good portion of the meeting scolding board members over the fact that word of this very secretive meeting -- that is supposed to be public --was "leaked" out to a reporter.

How many times will people be tweeting that it really wasn't ICE, it was the Secret Service investigating a threat?
THAT is who CPS "kept out" of their school. Not ICE.
