We welcome Türkiye’s ratification of Finland’s accession to @NATO. This is a positive step for Allied security. Canada was the first to ratify Finland’s accession – and we reiterate the importance of Sweden’s accession without delay.

He thought that he could use this winter to conquer Ukraine.
He thought that Europe would freeze in the dark.
And he thought that NATO would fracture.
But he was wrong.
The Ukrainian flag continues to fly.
