In 1994, Ukraine surrendered the world's 3rd-largest nuclear arsenal under the Budapest Memorandum in exchange for security assurances. Today, it suffers from the Russian aggression despite the assurances provided by the signatories.

Russia is running an unprecedented budget deficit. The latest figures published by FISU show the January–September deficit at $61.1 billion, already 37% above the full-year deficit originally planned by the Kremlin. Spending is up 14.5%, while revenues grew by only 10%. Oil and gas revenues fell by 17.2%. This is exactly the kind of pressure sanctions are meant to create. The goal is to reduce Russia’s ability to finance its war and bring the hostilities to an end. It is crucial to keep the restrictions in place and strengthen them. Their impact is cumulative and is already bearing results. We thank all the EU partners for adopting a new strong 22nd sanctions package. We call on the US to maintain and reinforce its pressure. We urge all other partners to introduce and synchronise restrictions on Moscow to force a sooner end to the war. Appeasement cannot bring peace closer. Sustained pressure to constrain the capacity of Russia’s war machine can.

A photo of him burning a St. George ribbon. Detention. Interrogation. A two-year suspended sentence. This is how Russia’s occupation authorities punished Vitalii for his pro-Ukrainian stance. Vitalii, now 19, was 15 when Russia launched its full-scale invasion. Living under occupation in the Kherson region, he tried to continue his Ukrainian education. Under pressure, he was forced into the Russian school system, where he faced daily propaganda and militarization. He joined the Yellow Ribbon resistance movement. In April 2024, Russian security forces searched his phone during “filtration” and found the photograph. An occupation “court” later convicted him of so-called “rehabilitation of Nazism.” The conviction prevented him from leaving for a long time. But he kept searching for a way out. In March 2026, with volunteers’ support, Vitalii finally reached Ukrainian-controlled territory. His story shows what young Ukrainians face under Russian occupation — and why helping them leave must remain a priority. 📣 Share Vitalii’s story. Keep the world’s attention on those still waiting to get out. #BringKidsBack

While the central park in Nova Vodolaha, Kharkiv region, was full of people, including families with children, Russia struck it with a drone. An infant in a pram and two women were killed in this attack. At least seven children and seven adults were injured. Russia continues to bring death and suffering to Ukrainian families with impunity. The aggressor must receive a clear message that such terror is unacceptable and that it will not go unanswered. Continued international support for Ukraine is crucial to protecting civilians.

When people willfully close their eyes and ears because they do not want to see or hear the truth. They are living comfortable with their own lives and they don’t want their boat rocked, they have no desire to follow after Him: “And he said, “Go, and say to this people: “‘Keep on hearing, but do not understand; keep on seeing, but do not perceive.’ Make the heart of this people dull,
and their ears heavy,
and blind their eyes;
lest they see with their eyes,
and hear with their ears,
and understand with their hearts,
and turn and be healed.” (Isaiah 6:9-10, English Standard Version)

There is a lot of Russian propaganda in Europe. They have invested as much money in it as in weapons during this war. This is a massive financial program spanning decades. Russia has been waging a hybrid war against Europe, including Italy, France, Britain, and Germany, for a long time. It just isn't waging a full-scale war against them as it is against us. Because we had the same thing – a hybrid war. Russian narratives across absolutely all television and media platforms, on the internet, and on social media. People should not be pierced through and brainwashed by waves of narratives from the Russian Federation. Because it is up to France, Ukraine, Italy, and Spain to decide how to live and whom to elect. Russia cannot influence Italy's choices and freedom. Italy is a free country, just like Ukraine. The Russians will seek to exploit far-right movements, religious movements, faith, migration, and gender. Russia doesn't care what issue can divide society: from religion to language, Russia will always find it and strike there. We are seeing this now not only in Europe – they also have influence in the United States of America. They have a very significant wave going on there, and their network is operating. From an interview with Corriere della Sera. (3/3)

A mother tightly holds the hand of her child, whom rescuers pulled from the rubble of their home. russia's strike destroyed several floors of the building and injured at least 31 people. In Lviv, rescuers continue searching for survivors beneath a residential apartment block. Across Ukraine, at least 8 people were killed and over 50 were injured in the attack. A terrorist state destroys homes and tears ordinary lives apart, wounding and killing people in their sleep. This is the hell Ukrainians are forced to live through every night. In the strike on Radushne, for the first time in a while, the Russians used a North Korean missile, according to preliminary data. Of course, more examinations will follow, and everything will be verified, but as of now – it is a North Korean ballistic missile. The alliance between the Moscow scumbags and the deranged regime in North Korea exists for the sake of missiles, North Korean troops on our borders here in Europe, and killing our Ukrainian children. Of course, many around the world condemned this strike today. There were many expressions of sympathy over the loss of life. European countries also made many statements because a Russian missile flew into Polish territory and exploded somewhere in a field near Lublin. What matters most, however, is not mere sympathy and condemnation, but air defense missiles and pressure on Russia that can stop this dumb Russian war. Air defense missiles – for Patriots in the first place, but also for NASAMS, IRIS-T, HAWK, and our other systems – are the key priority. I hope that all of our partners – above all our American partners, as well as our friends in Europe – will feel that real human lives depend on whether they help us.

Overnight, Russia launched another massive missile and drone attack across Ukraine. At least eight people were killed and more than 50 injured as residential buildings were struck in several regions. In the Kryvyi Rih district, a missile hit the home of a large family, killing six people, including three children aged 6, 11 and 17. Rescue operations are still under way in Lviv and the Dnipro region, where people may still be trapped beneath the rubble. Protecting people from Russian missile terror is one of the world’s most urgent tasks. Stand with Ukraine.

Today, the Russians used their ballistic missile to destroy an ordinary house belonging to an ordinary family in Radushne, near Kryvyi Rih, in our Dnipro region. It was the Voronov family: mother Olena, father Artem, seven children – Mark, Dominika, Zakharii, Azarii Ilai, Federica, Emilia, and Viorika – and one-and-a-half-year-old grandson Artem, the child of their eldest son, who is now defending Ukraine. As of now, it has been confirmed that parents and three children – Mark, Azarii Ilai, and Emilia – were killed. The Russian missile struck with such force that almost nothing was left of the house… Fragments of human bodies were found under the rubble, and only forensic examinations can establish which members of the family they belong to. The fate of Zakharii, Dominika, Viorika, Federica, and Artem is still being determined… It is a horrific crime of Russia’s war against Ukraine – against ordinary people, against ordinary life. This Russian evil can only be stopped by the whole world. No one in the world can be left to face such terror alone. And when we say that Ukraine needs missiles for Patriots, when we seek the capabilities to defend ourselves against Russian ballistic missiles, this isn’t about abstractions. We are talking about families like this, people like these, who can live if we have the means to shoot down Russian missiles – if our partners help us with interceptors. Families who can be killed if we have nothing to stop Russian Iskanders with. It is important that these people are seen by those who make decisions – decisions at the Pentagon, in European capitals, and everywhere in the world where there is an opportunity to help Ukraine protect lives. Reality speaks for itself. Protecting lives is necessary. Air defense missiles are necessary. Eternal memory to all Ukrainians who were killed by Russian strikes… Eternal gratitude to everyone who helps!
