And she has a double-decker full of strangers whose lives depend on her reaction time. Passengers don’t get a vote on whether they want a faceless driver. They just have to hope nothing goes wrong. If your religious practice requires completely covering your face and restricting your vision, you are free to do that in your private life. You are not free to do it while operating a public vehicle that weighs several tons and carries dozens of people. This is not “diversity.” This is a safety failure dressed up as tolerance. And everyone on that bus is paying for it.
