Beyond grateful for all the support we have received. 🇺🇸
Everyone we have had the pleasure of talking to about bringing manufacturing back to the United States is on board with it and truly values and appreciates our mission at USA Factory Network.
Thank you all for the support and follow along to watch us bring manufacturing back home baby! 🦅
Most founders pick a co packer after one call and a walk through the website.
Ask what similar products they have actually run this year, and whether one of those brands will talk to you.
Then get two things in writing before you send a deposit. Who owns your formula if you leave, and how they keep the last brand's allergens out of your batch.
A plant that cannot answer those is not ready for your first run.

AI is amazing but can only take you so far
Stoked to see this come to life!
Most founders set a launch date before they lock packaging.
Printed film and cartons can take 8 to 12 weeks once art is final. If the converter is overseas, add ocean transit and customs on top.
Lock the pack supplier and a written lead time before you promise a shelf date to retail.

Ball's can plant in Millersburg, Ore. is running after a summer start and aims for full capacity in 2027. Startup costs were $10M in Q3 alone, with energy-drink and non-alcoholic beverage can demand still strong.
🚨The HOUSE and SENATE have BOTH GONE BLUE 🇺🇸
Here are the implications on American manufacturing. Comment below if you disagree.
Most plants do not turn small brands away because the recipe is bad.
They say no because the first order is too small to cover a wash and setup, or the formula needs a line they do not have open this quarter.
Bring a real first order size, a target cost per unit, and a ship window you can actually hit. That gets a yes faster than a pitch deck.
Joy Supply, a Brooklyn-based clean cookie brand, secured $700K in seed funding led by Sling Ventures.
Launched in May 2026 by Lindsay Leopold, a former pastry chef and product developer for Martha Stewart, Joy Supply uses a family recipe from 1908 to bake thin and crispy oat cookies.
Joy Supply’s cookies are made with whole-grain oats grown on regenerative American farms. Their cookies are also free from artificial colors, artificial flavors, fake sugars, and preservatives.
Joy Supply will use the capital to scale production and expand further into retail.

Two kinds of co packer quotes, and founders mix them up all the time.
Turnkey means the plant buys your ingredients and packaging. Higher price per unit, but less of your cash sits in a warehouse.
Tolling means you buy and ship everything in, and they just run it. Cheaper per unit, but now you own the inventory, the freight and the shortages.
Ask which one you're getting before you compare prices.
