🚨The HOUSE and SENATE have BOTH GONE BLUE 🇺🇸
Here are the implications on American manufacturing. Comment below if you disagree.
USA Factory Network had the opportunity to showcase what we’ve been doing these last couple of months to the University of Miami Business School
@UMiamiBusiness thanks for having us!
Beyond grateful for all the support we have received. 🇺🇸
Everyone we have had the pleasure of talking to about bringing manufacturing back to the United States is on board with it and truly values and appreciates our mission at USA Factory Network.
Thank you all for the support and follow along to watch us bring manufacturing back home baby! 🦅
Most brands still source overseas because finding a reliable U.S. manufacturer feels slow, expensive, and full of dead ends.
USA Factory Network fixes that.
It’s a B2B platform that connects food & beverage brands directly with vetted American manufacturers and co-packers — so you can move production back to the U.S. without the usual friction.
One place to:
• Discover manufacturers that can actually run your product
• Compare capabilities, capacity, and certifications
• Get matched faster instead of cold-emailing for weeks
If you’re a brand that wants domestic production or a manufacturer looking for better-fit customers, this is the network built for it.

🇮🇷 🚨 Manufacturing capacity is a national security issue.
The Department of War just warned that the United States lacks the latent capacity to rapidly scale production of key weapons systems and munitions in a crisis.
Decades of offshoring, industry consolidation, and just-in-time logistics created the problem.
The assessment is blunt: the inability to surge production is a known vulnerability that invites aggression, because adversaries calculate that America cannot sustain a high-intensity conflict.
This isn’t limited to defense. China controls the critical chokepoints the broader economy (and the military) depends on:
• Roughly 70% of U.S. antibiotic active pharmaceutical ingredients by volume, with even higher concentration in key starting materials.
• 90%+ of rare-earth separation, refining, and magnet manufacturing.
• Dominant shares of electronics inputs, printed circuit boards, and other dual-use components.
McKinsey estimates a quarter of America’s ~$3 trillion in annual manufactured imports are “Achilles’ heels”—critical to national security or daily function, sourced from geopolitically distant partners, and concentrated among few suppliers.
For those goods, domestic capacity would need to roughly double (and in many cases quintuple) just to offset the exposure.
You cannot deter, fight, or recover from a major crisis if the factories, skilled workforce, and supplier networks are overseas. Manufacturing capacity is not an economic preference or a nostalgia project. It is the foundation of deterrence and resilience.
USA Factory Network connects brands with verified U.S. manufacturers and co-packers so more production happens on American soil.
The principle is the same whether the product is food and beverage, critical components, or anything else the country needs in volume when it matters.

Everyone talks about where the food is made. Fewer people ask where the flour, sugar and spices came from before they hit the dock. A plant can be in Ohio and still be waiting on a container from overseas. If you make food here, how much of your ingredient list is actually sourced here? 🇺🇸
