Excited as a coach when I have athletes that I can collaborate training with. Taking advantage of what they are feeling, how they are resting, etc. This is when I know we have a special partnership @UTT_XCTF @Tier1athlete
Laziness is disrespectful to those who believe in you.
Respect those who believe in you by showing up and giving your best every single day.
Prove those who believe in you right.
