Depression has a way of sapping your energy making any task feel impossible.
Today I finally did my dishes that have been gathering for weeks and did some light surface cleaning.
I feel so much better.

Did some self-care and took myself to the beach and made some beach art.
Dipped my toes in the water and listened to the waves.
It's good to be productive at the beach. My inner introvert was happy.
