People who feed street dogs should be forced to clean up the dog faeces from the streets.
If they refuse, the dog should be impounded and the feeder should be fined a Minimum of 10,000₹ poop fine.

In USA average liability of dog bite is 65 lakh ₹ on pet owners.
India has virtually no liability on anyone for dog bites.
Consequently there are 50 Lakh dog bites every year.
There has to be accountability for actions.
When India puts such huge fines, Dog menace will end.
