People who feed street dogs should be forced to clean up the dog faeces from the streets.
If they refuse, the dog should be impounded and the feeder should be fined a Minimum of 10,000₹ poop fine.
These dog breeders think cleaning up is not their job.
In USA average liability of dog bite is 65 lakh ₹ on pet owners.
India has virtually no liability on anyone for dog bites.

When you feed any dog at a particular place regularly, that place becomes its territory. Any non-familiar person when they walk into that territory, the dog defends it.
