While it was a nice gesture, the RISC-V cores in the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 look effectively unused by everyone - or am I missing something ?

🎥 idanbo

🎥 GoPro Ingestion + Telemetry 🎯 I’ve been building a GoPro ingestion interface with #Codex, and I’m surprised by how much telemetry is tucked inside the footage. The 3D camera follows the recorded orientation. A “Set Forward” button lets me choose a moment when the camera is aimed at the action and use that direction as a reference. From there, Codex helped mark the timeline wherever the camera points in a similar direction. It’s a simple way to find potential action without scrubbing through the entire clip. The orientation doesn’t tell me what’s happening—but it gives me a useful place to look. A little metadata makes a long clip much easier to explore. (Added the map since it was also giving me GPS) I ❤️ AI #GoPro #CreativeTechnology #Telemetry #Prototyping @OpenAIDevs @OpenAI #Astra #Productivity #ActionCamera #Tools

I wanted: - no lock-in to one AI lab - cloud agents that can’t touch my laptop - to stay connected to the code, even when I don’t write it by hand For months I’ve done all my coding in a tool that does exactly that. Today I’m shipping it. It's free. 🧵

I'll wait. Saving it a spot on my shelf, right between the Pixelbook and my mint, still-in-box Daydream. The bricked Google Homes and the Stadia controllers can scoot over.

You need to listen to more @BennySings. Now is good a time as any, but the new album makes it an ideal moment. Don't make me say I told you so - you'll like it. music.youtube.com/playlist?l…

📸 Sharp Astra Photo Editor ✨ Built with #Astra and @Apple #SHARP, this @ThreeJS prototype turns a 2D photo into a 3D Gaussian splat scene .... blending 3D objects, like this typographic ring, that pass in front of and behind subjects using the inferred depth. ⭐

New exploit: “xor dword [0xf80c2094], 1<<22” Unlocks CPU microcode, the platform security processor, system management mode, and every internal processor register, all at once, on 100 million AMD CPUs. As far as I can tell can’t be fixed. github.com/xoreaxeaxeax/skit…

Yes, this Tamagotchi, like Futurama’s Bender, the Atari 2600, Commodore 64, the NES, your grandma’s pacemakers and many, many other machines indeed has a 6502 core. Cool to be able to see it on the actual silicon here.
