Plenty of choices for coffee drinking in Eastbourne’s cafes. I regularly haunt several where quality coffee and ambiance works for me. Todays choice @UrbanGroundEB South Street was perfect. A friendly team, good service great space #coffee #thinking #photography

Unless you're in a part of the country that is already locked down, the next few days will be the last few days you'll be able to enjoy a drink or a meal in a pub, bar or restaurant. Please make the most of them. Hospitality venues are the safest places to socialise.

Can restaurants and bars survive social distancing? Many face closures with mass unemployment without Government help. @RagsMartel spoke to @BarrafinaDNst, @DowneyJD, @AngelaHartnett and others about the need to extend furlough and a "time-out" on rents.

NICK JONES I had a good long chat with Nick Jones yesterday. Nick is founder and CEO of Soho House Group. There are 26 Soho Houses around the world but only the one is Hong Kong still open. Nobody has been better at exporting British hospitality than Nick.

We stand with @HospoUnion @DowneyJD in support of this cause. This is a great idea but it needs further support. We are calling on coffee land to get behind this. #NationalTimeOut
