When asked to name your salary expectation especially in a startup or SME, give the average salary expectation of that position in your locality or just go for the higher band in your area. A company that wants to pay you more will pay you more. It also shows you as a considerate prospective staff. Dont go mentioning outrageous figures simply because “you cant price yourself low” Again, take this from someone who sells cars. I have seen alot of people call this lady many things. From people's actions, you already who they're. Why will a father inlaw brings his son's wife refusal to online? Are there no family members to resolve this issue? Are there no ministers on ground to mediate? This says alot about the relationship between the father and the son. These are the fathers that neglect kids and see them struggle without blinking. You'll be surprised to know that the son and his father might even not be in talking terms before he died. It will be possible that he only came for his property. If you've been widowed before and you're in such families, you'll understand this kinds of people.
