Let me put it in a way @Akshita_N would understand: If someone were to make the allegation she is paid by TVK, and she denies the claims, would we ask the accuser for proof or will we ask Akshita to publish her bank statements of the past one year for public scrutiny? Would she not ask "why should I disclose my bank accounts merely because some random person makes an allegation?" The burden of proof is always on the person making the allegation. Once the accuser dicloses evidence, the burden then shifts on the accused to rebut. That's civilised discourse. Otherwise it's a free-for-all.
