BJP lectures the nation on patriotism, while the RSS’s own history of opposing the Tricolour demands answers.
The Tricolour belongs to every Indian. Patriotism isn’t your monopoly, and democracy isn’t your private shakha!

Dear Citizens of this Country,
Indian democracy is in a very deep Crisis. The electoral process has been hi-jacked. The voter list has been manipulated. The above-the-law Election Commission, has been handpicked to unashamedly and singularly serve Modi - Shah.
Youth are on the streets. Many in prison. The time has come for us - We the People - to pour into the streets and say Stop the Attack on Our Democracy
On October 14th Organisations of Student, Youth, Kisan, Workers, Women, Dalit, Adivasi, Minorities, Disabled, Transgender etc., met to form a broad alliance under the banner of People Against SIR. We have collectively called for a Peoples March on October 23rd to restore democracy and create Jantar Mantar’s all over the country.

On behalf of all the Organisations which are part of “People Against SIR”, We call upon People of this Country who see themselves as Patriots to rise to this Challenge. We can’t afford to wait any longer. Draw strength and take the initiative at your location. This is a Peoples Movement - we all need to be leaders of this movement. Create space for the youth. Welcome back brothers @AshutoshRanka @SauravDassss
CJP leaders Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka were released from judicial custody on Wednesday, 21 October, after spending seven days in Tihar Jail.
A Special Executive Magistrate (SEM) in Delhi ordered their release after the Delhi Police sought a further three-day extension of their custody.
The two were arrested on 14 October for allegedly entering the restricted protest site at Jantar Mantar and violating peace bonds. Initially remanded to five days in judicial custody, their detention was extended by another two days on 19 October.
Earlier on Wednesday, the two leaders withdrew their petition before the Delhi High Court challenging the extension of their custody.
Join us on 23rd, nationwide call to restore democracy

Since when does the right to protest come with an age limit? Whether 17, 27 or 37, every citizen has the right to dissent. Democracy must protect the right to protest, not question its legitimacy based on age.
Release Ashu and Saurav now!
@abhijeet_dipke @Cockroachisback @whattalawyer
A person’s age cannot determine the legitimacy of their dissent. The right to protest is not reserved for Gen Z, nor does it expire at 30. The focus must be on personal liberty and due process, not how old Saurav and Ashutosh are.
Release Ashu and Saurav!

🚨 Delhi Police stops AISF and AIYF from burning CEC Gyanesh Kumar’s effigy on the eve of Dussehra!
In the national capital, student and youth activists were stopped from protesting against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Is raising your voice against those in power a crime in a democracy?
✊ Barricades cannot silence dissent. Our democratic struggle will continue!
#AISF #AIYF #GyaneshKumar #DelhiPolice #StudentProtest
What do you think folks?
This Dussehra, how about a Putla Dahan of dictators and those who are trampling our democracy?
Let’s burn the evils of authoritarianism, electoral manipulation, and the erosion of democratic accountability.
Defend the Vote. Challenge Dictatorship. Save Democracy! 🇮🇳✊

AISF strongly condemns the suspension and rustication of students at Jamia Millia Islamia for demanding the restoration of students’ union elections.
Students have been denied elected representation since 2006. Their demand for campus democracy deserves dialogue, not disciplinary action.
Restore JMI Students’ Union. Stop victimising protesting students!

Welcome back Dost @abhijeet_dipke
Reports suggest that @abhijeet_dipke has been granted bail. Awaiting clarity on the conditions if any…
The fight isn’t over until Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and all other detained comrades are free. ✊
Why is @abhijeet_dipke’s hearing being delayed? What is causing this continued uncertainty? Every delay raises more questions. We deserve clarity and accountability.

A hearing scheduled for 12 PM, and hours later, there is still no clarity. Delaying the process while people remain detained raises serious concerns about justice and accountability.
AISF demands the immediate release of Abhijeet Dipke, Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and all other detainees. Liberty cannot be held hostage to endless delays.

AISF demands clarity on the repeated delay in @abhijeet_dipke’s hearing. Prolonged uncertainty raises serious concerns. His right to a timely hearing must be respected. Authorities must ensure transparency and accountability.
