This is the most anti-Yoruba list I’ve ever seen from a party’s “national” campaign council. It gives an inkling into the kind of government the NDC will form should they win. THE NDC AS A PARTY AND PETER OBI AS ITS CANDIDATE ARE ANTI-YORUBA, DO NOT VOTE FOR THEM!
The Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) is pleased to announce the constitution of its National Campaign Council for the 2027 general elections. The National Campaign Council will provide strategic leadership, coordinate campaign activities across the country, and drive the mobilisation of Nigerians behind the party’s vision of a new, just, and prosperous Nigeria. The Council will work under the chairmanship of His Excellency, Senator Henry Seriake Dickson CON, NDC National Leader, Co-Chairman, His Excellency, Mr. Peter Obi CON, our presidential candidate, Vice Chairman, Senator Cleopas Moses Zuwoghe, NDC National Chairman and our vice-presidential candidate, His Excellency, Senator Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, Co Vice-Chairman, Barr. Ikenna Morgan Enekweizu, NDC National Secretary, Council Secretary, and the Director-General, Mallam Ibrahim Hussain Abdulkarim to deliver a people-centred and issue-based campaign. We call on all party members, supporters, and well-meaning Nigerians to remain united and focused as we work together to rescue our country. A new and working Nigeria is possible.

Vision for one Nigeria but zik was the first person to established ethnic association. Why was the zik wanted to become leader of Yoruba while his fellow ibos became leader of eastern region Y can't be go to the north and try to become their leader Lunatic moron
Instead of allowing Azikiwe implement his vision for a united Nigeria, regional champions chose to derail the growth and development of Nigeria on the altar of ethnic divisions

They are all Fulanis agent working to bring chaos to Yoruba Land. I hope they will be deal with soon
Update 🚨 Oluwo has been crowned the Amir/Leader of all Kings in Yoruba Land. Hope this thing won't cause another wahala like this? The Yoruba monarchical system is built on deep rooted hierarchies. I sincerely don’t know how to explain this. I see it as an overstretch. The Mufti of Iwo is cooking. I don’t what he is cooking. But one thing is sure. Peace is not on the menu. I wish Dr Imran Eleha didn't honor the invitation. Abi what do you guys think?

Agbo sellers do not have NAFDAC registration numbers, logos or brand names, and they are not impersonating any brand. If you see someone buying agbo, it is a personal choice, unlike the fake drugs. Igbo people are comparing agbo sellers to their own brothers who manufacture fake drinks and other counterfeit products. You people are so far removed from accountability and it is very shameful at this point.
This is what they drink every day in their region No NAFDAC registration number. No government approved laboratory testing. No examination or certification by qualified medical professionals. No pharmaceutical certification. People consume these Agbo without knowing whether they are safe, yet when problems arise, they still blame Igbos. If you are concerned about public health, apply the same standard to everyone. Stop the double standards, Agbo is what is killing yorugba people

One Yoruba man commiting fraud means over 100 ibos have already committed fraud and destroyed 1000 of people life
An Igbo man sells fake products, suddenly it is an Igbo problem. A Yoruba man commits fraud, suddenly he is just one bad person. A Hausa man commits a crime, suddenly they need rehabilitation. This selective outrage is the main problem.

What Professor Utomi is saying and doing along with other elite from the SE is not surprising nor is it unexpected. Prior to the January 1966 Ibo coup, the political and intellectual elite in the old Eastern Region, led by figures associated with the National Council of Nigeria and the Cameroons (NCNC) and Premier Michael Okpara, held a deeply critical and antagonistic view of the Northern-led federal government and its regional allies. Eastern elites viewed Prime Minister Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa less as an independent national leader and more as a front for the dominant Northern People’s Congress (NPC), led by Sir Ahmadu Bello. Balewa’s administration was accused of using federal power to marginalize the South (you would think they care about the entire south) manipulate national censuses (such as the contentious 1962/1963 disputes), and look the other way during electoral fraud (in other words rigging. Is this sounding familiar?) After losing out in the bitterly contested 1964 federal elections, the Eastern elites were convinced that the constitutional and parliamentary path had been subverted by Northern-dominated federal authority. (Is this not similar to 2023 after the lost, and there's nothing they have not said about Yorùbás and the President who is a Yorùbá man?) Please keep following me. The Sardauna of Sokoto was seen by Eastern progressives and nationalists as the chief architect of Northern feudal conservatism, regional chauvinism, and a deliberate policy of "northernization" that locked Ibo "professionals" and civil servants out of federal opportunities. Chief Samuel Ladoke Akintola was widely despised by Eastern elites and progressive southern factions after he aligned the Western Region's government (via the NNDP) with the Northern-led federal coalition. Thier hate for chief Ọbáfẹ́mi Awólọ́wọ̀ is very well documented. Little wonder then that 60 years ago, the Ibos bared their fangs and brutally murdered scores of Northern and Yorùbá elite while immediately entrenching themselves as the dominant tribe and immediately abolished regional systems so they can have absolute control. We are back to those dark days again. He knows what he is saying, they know what they are planning.
I am in the middle of an accidental town hall meeting in Manchester in the UK. I came to a Lunch to which Peter Obi was invited. I found food I looked forward to deferred for questions on the trouble with Nigeria. Many of the questions suggest worry about the boldness of public officials in projecting rigging with results of elections of 2027 considered in the pocket. They were energized to ask for how they could own fighting rigging. The determination to do whatever will prevent election malpractice suggest we may see a civil war if power tries to muscle the will of the people this time.

NAFDAC Uncovers Suspected Counterfeit Alcoholic Drinks Factory in Aba NAFDAC has uncovered a suspected counterfeit alcoholic drinks production facility at No. 25 Omenazu Street, Aba, Abia State. Acting on credible intelligence, officials discovered the facility operating in unhygienic conditions. The suspected operator reportedly fled upon the team’s arrival, abandoning a vehicle in which counterfeit packaging materials bearing the names of Sir Edwards Scotch Whisky and Scottish Hills Whisky, empty bottles and a drum containing approximately 200 litres of liquid were found. Inside the facility, officials found counterfeit packaging materials, bottle caps, sealing machines, empty bottles, cartons, tanks containing various liquid concoctions and dirty sieves reportedly used in the production process. Plastic buckets and 200-litre drums containing ethanol and tree bark immersed in ethanol were also discovered, raising serious concerns about the safety and quality of the products being produced. The estimated value of the equipment, materials and facility components is over ₦500 million. The Agency urges members of the public to provide credible information on suspected illegal manufacturing activities to the NAFDAC Call Centre on 0800-1-623322 or 0700-1-623322, or email [email protected].

Awon liberal fuuls.
We sincerely appreciate the Igbo community in Ogun State, led by the President of Ohanaeze Ndigbo in the state, Chief Stephen Okorie, for their endorsement of President @officialABAT, for a second term in office and our governorship aspiration ahead of the 2027 general elections. Speaking on behalf of the Igbo community in Ogun State, Chief Okorie reaffirmed their collective support for both candidatures, recalling that the community had earlier publicly declared its endorsement in April 2026. He expressed the community’s confidence in President Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda and equally acknowledged our legislative experience, developmental interventions and record of public service in Lagos and Ogun States as reasons for supporting our governorship aspiration. We are profoundly grateful to Chief Okorie and the entire Igbo community for this expression of confidence, solidarity and goodwill. We equally recognise and appreciate the significant contributions of the Igbo community to commerce, entrepreneurship, job creation and the overall socioeconomic development of Ogun State. We reaffirm our commitment to inclusive governance, peaceful coexistence, equal opportunities and sustainable development, ensuring that every resident of Ogun State, irrespective of ethnic background, religion or place of origin, enjoys a genuine sense of belonging and the opportunity to prosper.
