Overheard in the school hallway this morning..."Every time a person say's 'Happy Monday', a puppy dies. I truly believe that."
My wife told me today that she had a "stay interview" scheduled today with her supervisor. Her boss wanted to listen and learn what she needed to feel supported in her work and stay with the organization. Nice! We teachers could use the same, I think.

Hey #vtPoli...think about this. Why do people move to #Vermont? Guarantee if they are not a retiree...it's for our schools. If you drive away all of the good #VTed.ucators because we can't trust you to support us...what's going to happen to those schools folks move here for?
