It feels so awful to see this kind of tweet years after I left for the exact same reasons. PoGo PvP could be one of the best games around, but it is quite literally the worst managed game I've ever played

Hit level cap as f2p which I think means it's time for @PokemonSleep to increase it. If I'm hitting it already, paying players probably hit it months ago!
Every month that passes makes my decision to retire on the worry that the game would never be truly fixed more justified. This might be the biggest bug screw-up yet!
We have a big problem with trainer battles right now. Damage from “sneaks” are not being applied to the opposing pokemon. Pay close attention to the lycanroc’s HP after each charge move is thrown - the confusion damage does not apply to the mon, but I received the energy for it. Please fix ASAP @NianticHelp

Maybe it will be different with a steel fast move, but skarmory being good is usually terrible for the meta.
Since it has many 4x resistances to common types (grass/poi) and gets walled by others, and doesn't have good coverage otself, it by default will make the meta more rps.
