British Columbians need to hear what this journalist just asked David Eby.

The Conservative Party of BC stands for a strong and united Canada. Always. David Eby questioning my patriotism is shameful. Invoking soldiers we lost this weekend in an attempt to save his own job is beyond the pale. This is a desperate distraction from his record. While David Eby once again tries to divide British Columbians, we are focussed on uniting to get BC back on track.

As I campaign to become MLA for Kootenay–Monashee, I'm reminded of why I wrote this column last year in @BeatNorthern about the NDP government's failed promises to maintain infrastructure and the impact that has on rural access, revenue generation for the region, and so much more. Transparency and accountability matters to me, especially around public land-use decisions, and is one of the reasons I decided to run. northernbeat.ca/opinion/when…

Advance polls are open now. Find your nearest voting location and support bringing an end to this 9-year NDP government.
David Eby has had nine years to deliver, and British Columbians are paying the price for his broken promises and failed policies. You can’t trust him with the future of our province. On October 24th, vote for strong leadership in serious times. Vote Conservative.

.@Dave_Eby asserts that parcels earmarked for First Nations are public, yet won't provide a list or map of their locations. He also failed to tell voters his cabinet committed to co-develop legislation with Indigenous leaders to enable these "land returns" (his govt's words). Even local residents in Sechelt have still not been told which land has been transferred to shishalh FN under the $!04M agreement it signed with the BC govt in 2024. @adamjpankratz

In the last 24 hours, secret documents revealed David Eby’s plan to end forestry tenures, a move that could leave BC taxpayers facing billions in lawsuits. None of it is in his budget or platform. This is the same Premier who hid $4 billion in Massey tunnel overruns for six months. What else is he hiding today? A Conservative government will open the books.

Really appreciate the endorsement from @HelenaKonanz, Member of Parliament for Similkameen—South Okanagan—West Kootenay. Glad to have her support as I work alongside @DonegalWilson and @Tracystclaire to win our ridings for the BC Conservatives!

How many other secret deals has the NDP kept from British Columbians? This must end.
🚨 “The B.C. NDP government has committed to hand over approx. 400 parcels of public Crown land to First Nations, while promising just days before the snap election that it would change the law to limit compensation to forest companies affected by the losses.” As @RobShaw_BC explains, David Eby’s cabinet approved the plan in July, put stakeholders under NDAs 12 days before the early election call, then did not include ANY of the details for the public in its forestry plan they released on Wednesday. According to Shaw, documents show a re-elected gov is prepping legislation for spring 2027. ‼️ Remember the secret Sechelt deal the NDP signed before the last election and didn’t release until after votes were cast? They’re doing it all over again. And they’ll keep doing it for as long as they can get away with it. northernbeat.ca/opinion/rob-…

As I've said in numerous articles, podcast interviews and radio shows for over a year, DRIPA must be repealed.
David Eby refuses to repeal DRIPA. Lorne Doerkson has been crystal clear: DRIPA must be repealed.

Within Kootenay–Monashee alone, there are at least 9 active local government election contests underway. David Eby knew that, but called a snap provincial election anyway. Now, our local represntatives and volunteers are fighting 2 elections at once for his own political gain.
An important announcement from the leader of the Conservative Party of BC.

BC families were promised $10/day child care years ago. My family raised 2 kids through their entire daycare years and never received it. Most still don’t. Now we learn David Eby’s family got a spot. A very bitter example of a promise he still hasn’t delivered for families.
Just now, David Eby confirms that he has his kids in $10/day taxpayer-subsidized daycare. Approx. only 10% of BC daycare spots offer $10/day daycare. Most families who want in can't get a spot. As Premier, Eby earns $227k/year. Eby's wife is a doctor. Their household income is likely well over half a million dollars per year. We don't resent British Columbians who are successful (we want more people to succeed). But where there are wait lists, surely a wealthy family like Eby's shouldn't be taking advantage of $10/day daycare. Think about a working single mother? David Eby deserves the spot more than her?
