Can change, but right now the options in that market are limited. That says to me that there is still ability to purchase, but we operate much tighter than other regions, leaving less on the table to gain from.

A market that has definitely reduced the margin for gain to people who want to fix up run down places and make some money. May change again with market swings, but for the last 10 years or so, the value consideration has been kept down. 1/2

Wait, so this whole time the municipality didn't know where water tankers are getting the water they've been supplying to people for years?!
[WATCH] Bronkhorstspruit crisis | Tshwane Mayor Nasiphi Moya says metro police will start escorting private water tankers to see where they source their supply. #Newzroom405

Former Vlakplaas commander Eugene de Kock has told the TRC Cases Inquiry that political office-bearers were aware of the operations being carried out. He claims some instructions came from as high up as former President PW Botha. Tune in to #NCA on #DStv403.

Eugene De Kok appearing before the TRC Inquiry he says he was made a scapegoat. He says “FW De Klerk’s Nobel peace prize must be revoked because he is a killer who was never convicted.” @MakiLeshoro

Them fixer uppers in great neighbourhoods aren’t going cheap either anymore. Especially if there are good public schools around you.
A fixer-upper in a great neighbourhood has a plan for me. ✌🏾

someone I know who goes there told me that it’s UJ EFF students who started this whole thing. fighting for registration fees is valid, but vandalising property while students are writing exams? nah man.
Situation right now at the UJ 📍📍📍📍 @24Ent_Updates @MightiJamie #teenageers #UJ

It’s not just acting it’s EVERYTHING from writers, directors, camera angles, colour grading…we are mediocre at best.
When it comes to acting. We have no quality in this country. Zero quality. When you watch a Hollywood series or movie and immediately after that you watch a local content, it’s a massive gap in acting quality. What is this?

This halaal thing has to be the weakest propaganda thing I’ve ever seen cause Halaal has always been around. They’re just trying to crack society once again and this is their latest pathetic attempt
Yes because you’re supplying food and it has to meet the dietary needs of all people? Including Halal and Kosher. Has everyone lost their damn minds????

Isn't it interesting, all these videos of people we've never heard of, whose work is unknown, with no public archive or commentary on any issue, SUDDENLY appearing at the same time to bitch about Islam and halal food. In South Africa? In 2026? In the year of a local government election, suddenly mainly Black influencers and bots with black faces are recording Islamophobic commentary. For a fee no doubt. Who benefits from this? I hope @GovernmentZA is REALLY sharpening its lens on disinformation and paid campaigns. Deliberate manufacturing of religious and tribal hostility is a matter of national importance.

1. There is no “halal replacement of food.” Halal certification of packaged food has been practised in South Africa for decades & is voluntary. All the “halal-certified” label means is that the food products meet Islamic dietary requirements. Nothing is added to the food.

AUSTERITY is what is holding back economic growth!! Under funding crucial government work. Refusing to BUILD and industrialise and instead encouraging financialisation of the economy. Yessis, Min. @EGodongwana @Treasury_RSA take responsibility for the impact of YOUR policies.👏🏾
Of course, *checks notes*, the issues stifling economic growth are regulatory and NOT the macroeconomic policies 🫠 Also, bathi you having rights (particularly environmental rights) is why we don’t have economic growth moneyweb.co.za/news/economy/…

I won’t lie, it’s so effective it’s scary. 15 years ago, one wouldn’t have thought there would be a weight loss drug like this available to just about every body. Science, research and tech 🫰🏽🫰🏽

Japs absolutely milking it with the Starlet Cross & Urban Cruiser. Ford was basically forced by the market to compete in that price range with the discontinued Puma. Then the Germans priced themselves out that market when they decided to push up the price of the T-Roc. Now it's the Chinese vs the Japs daarso.
The Compact and mini SUV segment of the car market is probably the most contested right now. That 300k plus minus price range
