A new injectable gel can rebuild worn-out spinal discs instead of just masking the pain.
Doctors working with US company ReGelTec are testing an injectable gel called Hydrafil for people whose spinal discs have worn down with age.
The discs are the cushions between your vertebrae, and as they dry out and flatten, they can cause years of back pain. Hydrafil is injected through a needle as a warm liquid, then firms up at body temperature into a water-rich, rubbery cushion that refills the damaged disc and restores its height.
In a study of 60 patients, average back pain scores fell from 7.3 to 2.1 out of 10 after a year, and disability scores dropped sharply too.
Today, most treatments for worn discs manage symptoms with painkillers, injections or physical therapy, and the last resort is surgery to fuse or replace the disc. A gel that rebuilds the cushion itself could offer something in between.
The early study had no comparison group, and five patients needed a procedure to remove gel that had shifted. A larger trial against a placebo procedure is underway, and the FDA has granted it Breakthrough Device status to speed its review.

THEO VON: “Was there anybody who was immune to COVID-19?”
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “There’s one adult group. You’re going to laugh.”
[Theo Von listens closely for the reveal]
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “Smokers… They got very mild cases. And they don’t get long COVID.”
THEO VON: “Why?”
MCCULLOUGH: “Because smokers maintain a level of nicotine in the bloodstream… Smoking blocks the spike protein. It’s amazing. I thought smokers were going to go down.”
THEO VON: “Do you think that’s a good idea [to use nicotine patches] on a regular basis?”
DR. MCCULLOUGH: “I think [it’s a good idea] if they have long COVID... Nicotine, don’t forget, is a nootropic. A nootropic is a drug that makes the brain function more effectively... It’s addictive, but it’s not harmful to the human body... Nicotine patches are perfectly safe.”

HOLY GUACAMOLE 💥💥💥
Nothing to see here. Just Mark Wahlberg hooked up to a lie detector for Vanity Fair.
The interviewer asks, “Are you an agent of the Israeli government?”
Wahlberg answers, “I have affiliates in the Mossad, yes.”
The interviewer laughs it off with “Good one, Mark,” then asks about espionage. Wahlberg says no.
This might not mean anything to you, but hear me out.
Wahlberg was booked on American Airlines Flight 11, the flight that hit the North Tower on 9/11. He canceled the day before and went to Toronto for a film festival instead.
Could be coincidence. Keep listening.
Who else didn’t show up for work on 9/11 with ties to that network?
Larry Silverstein, the leaseholder of the Twin Towers, spoke on the phone every Sunday afternoon with Benjamin Netanyahu. Haaretz reported it. Silverstein didn’t go in that morning. His son Roger and daughter Lisa, who worked with him, were running late for the breakfast meeting at Windows on the World on the 106th and 107th floors of the North Tower. They weren’t there either when the plane hit, and no one else at the restaurant that morning survived.
Howard Lutnick, CEO of Cantor Fitzgerald, didn’t show up either. His firm’s offices were on floors 101 through 105 of the North Tower. In 1998 Lutnick bought the townhouse next door to Jeffrey Epstein in Manhattan. Street addresses were literally 9 and 11 East 71st Street. Dig further into that and you’ll find that Lady Victoria Hervey, girlfriend of Prince Andrew and a close friend of Ghislaine Maxwell, posted on Instagram that Epstein “knew it was going to happen and so did his close circle. They even bought plane tickets as souvenirs and never got on the planes.”
Affiliations with Mossad or Israeli-linked officials keep showing up with the people who missed the flight or didn’t make it to the office that day.
Three separate times. All just coincidence? That’s hard to believe.
