Talked about it this morning with @ChemicalAT, Baldwin Park has five transfers in "under review" status heading to Week 8. The @CIFSS should make a decision, one way or another.
This should not drag on this long. If you declare these players ineligible, then do it so they have time to challenge, if they choose. By dragging it on, they're essentially ineligible and the season is almost over.
It's odd too. Three are sit out players who don't require a change of address.
One was a non-participation who should have been eligible from day one.
Another is a change of address transfer that was cleared, played, and under review again.
It's gone on far too long. Shouldn't leave players and teams in limbo like this.
