One of the all-time great Rock Hall moments: Dolly’s “Jolene” with Rob Halford (Judas Priest), Pat Benatar, Annie Lennox, Simon Le Bon (Duran Duran), Pink, and Sheryl Crow. Zac Brown Band held it down as the house band.
Rest easy, Dolly 🤘

The mysterious #Toyota GT Concept. Destined to be the new flagship sports road car for Toyota, followed by the brand new GT racing concept. These two took on the #FOS Hill together creating a harmonious sound for the first time ever in front of crowds, piloted by three-time #LeMans winner Kazui Nakajima. We don't have much information on them yet but we are very much looking forward to finding out more in the future... Are you following along on our livestream? @toyotauk

The expression "the whole nine yards" originated with WWII fighter pilots, whose ammunition belts measured 27 feet (nine yards). Using the entire belt meant they gave "the whole nine yards."

In a nation ruled by swine, all pigs are upward-mobile—and the rest of us are fucked until we can put our acts together: Not necessarily to Win, but mainly to keep from Losing Completely. We owe that to ourselves and our crippled self-image as something better than a nation of panicked sheep … but we owe it especially to our children, who will have to live with our loss and all its long-term consequences.
Tobie Venter confirms that @Kyalami_Circuit will be upgraded to FIA Grade 1 at a cost of $5-10 million over the next 3 years meaning it will be ready to host F1.
