Decay is inevitable, but neglect is optional. Maintenance is the moral refusal to surrender good things to entropy.
Why is the Righ embracing Luciferian doctrine of rebellion?
From the Zoomer perspective the Jedi are evil
Anakin was born of a Virgin, conceived by the Force, the Jedi Council knew he was the Chosen One..
Yet still, they rejected him…
Why?
Because he was more powerful than them
Imagine they had loved him, trusted him, and recognized his Divine Destiny
Instead they:
-forbid him to reproduce
-allowed his mother to be sold into slavery and viscously murdered by “sand people”
-watched the Democratic Process of the Republic evolve into a powerless stalemate
-traded Ancient Prophecy in favor of a modern interpretation thereby mocking the very Tradition they claimed to protect
They got what they deserved.
Long live the Empire. Hail Lord Vader
Anakin had already crossed that line, every time you cross a line it gets easier. This was not out of character at all. He's already broken the taboo on killing the children of his hated enemies, and the Jedi are now his hated enemies.
Most of the Bible isn't law, and treating it legalistically is an abuse of the text. The parts that are law were written for a different nation. They are and should be sources of inspiration for our laws. But making the bible a law above the Constitution not God's will.
In a world full of Anakins be an Obi-Wan. Never give up the faith no matter how dark the night.
What Do the Boomers Really Believe?
Not what they say at dinner. What they believe in the dark, deep in the soul, where a generation keeps the story it tells about itself.
Every civilization has a sacred text. The Greeks had Homer. The Hebrews had Exodus. The boomers have Star Wars. Laugh if you like. They didn't. They lined up around the block for it, raised their children on it, and paid to hear it retold for fifty years. Because it was about them.
In their youth, they saw themselves as rebels. A handful of brave young idealists against an evil empire whose uniforms their fathers wore. So they rose up, blew it to pieces, and danced in the forest while it burned.
But ask yourself one question. How oppressive was that order, really? The one that won WW2, built the suburbs, sent them to university for next to nothing, and handed them the richest society in human history? Watch the films again. The Empire never governs. It never builds a road or collects a tax. It just wears a costume borrowed from 1945. They never asked what it actually did. They only needed it to be evil.
Then they grew older, and the story changed. Now they were the Jedi. Wise masters in robes, keepers of the peace, guardians of the temple and the ancient ways. An order with total power over the Republic, answerable to no one, testing blood, taking children, deciding who rises and who waits.
And yet something is wrong in the temple. Their powers are fading, and they know it. They hide it from the Senate. They turn away the most gifted boy they have ever seen. Why? Because they can feel it coming. The usurper. A young man who will do to them exactly what they did to their fathers.
That's the boomer soul. Rebel in youth. Priest in old age. Terrified, always, of the next rebellion. And George Lucas put every bit of it on screen.
Which leaves us something remarkable: a lexicon. A map of a generation's mind, drawn by its own hand. Through Star Wars we can walk the corridors of boomer consciousness and see what they worship, what they hide, and what keeps them awake at night.
Which brings us to the prophecy. For a thousand years the Jedi guarded it. A Chosen One will come and bring balance to the Force. They were sure it meant their victory. It didn't.
So what did it mean? Who was it really about? Why did the wise masters never see it coming? Or did they? And if Lucas wrote a generation's deepest fear into its own sacred text, what else did he write down without knowing?
The boy is still standing in the middle of the Council. He has waited long enough.
So have you.
Come with me, and I'll show you the Sith pill.

I'm not agreeing with them; Darth Vader is not a good guy. But you are totally off your rocker here. First, do you think you need to understand art exactly the same way as the artist? Second, you should see yourself in Anakin and understand his fall. Any man should watch him kill the Sand People and relate to him, think, "I would want to do the same." You might be a better man because revenge isn't the Jedi way, which is a simplified Star Wars way of saying, "Love thine enemy." But if you don't want to do what Anakin did, you are not good; you're broken.
That isn't to say he was even wrong for killing them. If he had done it to save others or to bring Justice, sparing the women and children as feasible, contacted a local government to take them into some kind of integration system, he would have been completely justified. The sin here was primarily where his heart was.

No actually. The Jedi of the late republic were not what they should be they needed a restoration not a destruction.
The Jedi actually deserved to go extinct. Their entire ideology is inherently antithetical to life itself.
You’re not allowed to have attachments, show emotion, love anyone, be passionate about anything, or embody really any of the qualities that make a sentient living being a sentient living being.
Anything that’s life giving is attacked for being associated with the Sith, who would otherwise be completely correct about everything if it weren’t for their over the top cruelty and cartoonish villainy.
The entire core tenets of the Jedi Order almost perfectly match the late-stage liberal fantasy of a world where existential divisions are all papered over and everyone and everything is forcibly dissolved into a universalist soup managed by a supposedly apolitical priestly caste who wield absolute power while lying through their teeth about how they’re just defenders of democracy.
And like all Liberal orders, the Jedi are so dogmatically committed to the false promise of universalism, neutrality, proceduralism, and “balance” (aka not taking your own side) that they can’t see any existential threats until it is far too late.

Gender wars are stupid. AI can either lead to human flourishing or destruction. There is a real possibility that we end up with automated cities designed for billions with no one living in them ran on automation. Avoiding gender wars is part of avoiding that end.

BREAKING: The State of Utah is criminally charging Kalshi co-founder Tarek Mansour. He could receive up to 75 years in prison. I sat down with him for a deep dive chat 48 hours ago. Here it is.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Kalshi is a paid advertising sponsor of The Daily Wire. Ben Shapiro has referred to it as “one of our sponsors,” and The Daily Wire has disclosed that it “has a financial relationship with Kalshi, which has been an ad partner on some of our shows.”

Killing a foreign communist dictator is fighting for liberty. So the good Dr is right. Looking to kill your fellow countrymen who want to support peace and liberty is not.
Replying to @LDS_Dems
I think communists are a threat to humanity and all civilization.
It’s like calling Nephi a murderer.
The left wants you dead. They will kill you if they have a chance. We are in a new political paradigm now. She thinks she's invulnerable because and you need to fear for your life.
At @UTSA for Pick Up the Mic, a student read a poem celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk with such glee, then told me I was brave to be out here without my neck covered.
I told her I’d pray for her.
This is the climate. We pick up the mic anyway.
It's hard to feel bad for the kind of progressive scum who celebrated Kirk's murder and destroyed once great video game companies. But I sincerely hope they repent of their progressivism and have happy lives.
I have a controversial take about modern warhammer forty thousand. That it's actually an extremely optimistic universe. Because the universe is full of horrors. But mankind can overcome them. The gods in that universe might be terrible, but one man it has obtained their power and is on our side. In mankind, through duty sacrifice and genuine heroic virtue can consistently push back the darkness that is ever encroaching.
An 18th century slaveowner who took the well being of his slaves seriously was a more moral person than most people today. He was wrong about the moral facts of the universe, but he demonstrated a greater commitment to charity and justice.
This is the same as how a high school student today may know more about the physical facts of the universe than Sir Isaac Newton while being less intelligent and less of a scientist.
