FORMER WIAA STUDENT-ATHLETE TO THE WORLD SERIES! ⚾️ Before he was coaching third base for the Milwaukee Brewers on baseball’s biggest stage, Matt Erickson was a three-sport athlete at Appleton West High School! He helped lead the Terrors to the 1991 D1 State Baseball Championship as a freshman & a runner-up finish in 1994 as a senior, both times with his father Bruce as his head coach. He was drafted by the Brewers in 1994 & later by the Marlins in 1997, but ultimately made his Major League debut with Milwaukee on July 9, 2004. He was a coach & manager of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers before joining the Brewers' Major League coaching staff in 2022. #MultisportAthlete #WorldSeries #ThisIsMyCrew

“But but but suspensions don’t improve the behavior of the suspended kid!” Maybe… maybe… However, suspensions DO send a signal to every other kid that such behavior won’t be tolerated and provides the 29 other kids reprieve from chaos

The top 10 superfoods for your heart: 1. Red meat I’m sure you’re surprised to see this on the list! Grass-fed red meat contains high-quality amino acids that support the mitochondria in the heart. It’s also a potent source of CoQ10, stearic acid, carnitine, carnosine, zinc, and vitamin B12. 2. Butter Grass-fed butter is very healthy for your heart! It’s loaded with vitamin K2, which helps remove calcium from the arteries. It also contains butyrate, CLA, the active form of vitamin A, and stearic acid. 3. Egg yolk Egg yolks are rich in choline, which helps prevent a fatty liver. Liver fat can spill over into the heart in the form of epicardial fat. Egg yolks also contain vitamin K2 and carotenoids. 4. Cheese Raw, aged cheese is rich in vitamin K2 and contains natural ACE inhibitors, which help support healthy blood pressure. 5. Shellfish Oysters, mussels, and clams are excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids and various trace minerals, including zinc, copper, iron, and magnesium. 6. Organ meats Grass-fed, grass-finished liver and other organ meats contain omega-3s, CoQ10, vitamin A, B12, and trace minerals like copper. You can also consume cod liver for the same benefits! 7. Fermented foods Foods such as sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, and natto are rich in vitamin K2. Natto contains nattokinase, which helps support healthy blood pressure. 8. Sea salt Sea salt contains 80 to 90 different minerals. Low sodium levels can lead to high blood pressure and increased cortisol levels. 9. Fatty fish Wild-caught salmon, sardines, anchovies, and mackerel are potent sources of omega-3 fatty acids. 10. Collagen Bone broth and the skin of chicken and fish are excellent sources of collagen. Ten percent of the collagen you consume is in the form of peptide chains, which can help the body repair collagenous structures in the body. Dr. Eric Berg, DC, not MD; information only

Schools essentially have a two-tiered disciplinary system. One group of students rarely misbehave and are disciplined appropriately when they do. Another group of students misbehaves consistently on a daily basis but don’t get disciplined in the same way because their poor behavior is a “manifestation of their disability.” If the first group ever realizes that their big mistake was not making their misbehavior a habit, we’re going to have real trouble in our hands. (They are, of course, already realizing this more and more. And so are their parents.)

“The vaccine debate is not that complex. You either BELIEVE that the govt. should have FULL CONTROL of what is injected into you & your children, or YOU DON’T. There are plenty of other things we can talk about, but the core is medical TYRANNY, vs. medical FREEDOM. “ Pick one.
