Justice Minister Sean Fraser claimed the powers the Liberals' financial crimes bill gives the "Attorney General" aren't actually given to him, just to the Director of Public Prosecutions.
The Director of Public Prosecutions just confirmed that isn't actually the case.
Whoops.
Sean Fraser doesn't understand his own bill

Steven MacKinnon blames Canadians quality of life declining on foreign wars, tariffs & external factors. It’s definitely not 11 years of Liberal policies.
You will notice, whenever the Liberals are asked if they are going to make life more affordable they say they will continue to “support” Canadians. They have zero desire to actually bring costs down on anything.
The Environment Minister also has the audacity in this clip to say their heat pump program is making life more affordable. Ya for 30,000 people.
0.073% of the population.
These people are nuts.

Buying a car with cash is not a crime. 🚗
Bill S-8, introduced yesterday, would restrict businesses from accepting cash payments of $10,000 or more.
Fighting money laundering matters. So does the freedom to make lawful purchases with your own money.

The failed integration and assimilation, the terrorism, the jihad, the war, the rapes.
They're falling for the same playbook.

🇨🇦⛔️🍷🇺🇸 : Pierre Poilievre makes Dominic LeBlanc look like an idiot after Leblanc says Liberals walked away from the trade talks with the USA because Liberals won't accept a bad deal.
Pierre Poilievre rightfully points out 50% tariffs & the expansion of items on the tariff list, is the bad deal.
30% of small businesses surveyed said they're at risk of failing if the tariffs remain in place for a year.
There is no way the government can prop up 30% of small businesses for 2.5 years. It's fiscally impossible.
Dominic LeBlanc vows Liberals will wait as long as it takes, no matter the cost.
Dominic is a flat out liar claiming the government will protect Canadian businesses. He knows many will fold while Liberals posture for polling popularity with boomer Canadians, who are retired.
We all saw how Liberals crushed small business during covid. Now they're doing it again during a tariff war they promised in April 2025, would end by Summer 2025.

Bill C-22, the Lawful Access Act, reaches beyond telecom companies. On November 2, Canada’s Privacy Commissioner warned that its subscriber-information powers could extend to doctors, lawyers and dating apps.

The Senate should insist on stronger privacy safeguards before this bill becomes law.
Senators told this week that Bill C-22 covers any service that creates, transmits, stores or processes digital information. Minister @gary_srp called it deliberately broad and officials said it extended beyond any comparable country. Surveillance by design

Democrat officials said that democracy ended in 2024 when Trump won re-election.
But they’ve run candidates, raised lots of money and have had large electoral wins since. And after fomenting an assassination culture, they’re openly plotting revenge and lawfare against their opposition.
Who’s the threat to democracy again?

Constitutional lawyer Daniel Santoro warns that Bill C-22 could threaten Canadians’ privacy and make their personal information more vulnerable to hackers. In his submission to the Senate committee reviewing the bill, he raises the following concerns, summarized here:
"Bill C-22 would let the government require phone and internet companies to build ways to access people’s private information and keep records about their communications, such as when they connected and who they contacted. The government would not need a judge’s approval to impose these requirements.
The concern is that this could violate Canadians’ right to privacy under the Charter. Police normally need a warrant to get private information, but the bill would also allow them to search businesses without one.
The bill would also require companies to build “backdoors”—special ways for police to get private information. Even if police need a warrant to use them, hackers could exploit those same backdoors."

💥REPORT: The Public Safety Minister told the Senate that every step of his surveillance bill (Bill C-22) requires a judge—but it doesn't.
When asked about targeting political rivals, Gary Anandasangaree said everything runs through the Criminal Code—which has thousands of offences to choose from—and the bar is suspicion, not proof; then he can create a secret order, without a judge and no appeal—and you would never know.

Reminder there is no such thing as a moderate elected Democrat at any level.
If you believe men can get pregnant, you're not moderate. If you don't believe in borders, you're not a moderate. If you take issue with Trump cracking down on crime in big cities, you're not a moderate.

I pray that all Americans today vote in a manner that is consistent with the foundational values that define American Exceptionalism. Please do not succumb to parasitized suicidal empathy. Do not succumb to your myopic empathy-driven dopamine hit. Do not vote for people whose defining ideologies seek your eradication.
